Our movers, Maurice and Damien, were excellent! They were very professional in every aspect of the move, from loading to unloading, to positioning our furniture perfectly. They were very careful with our possessions. In addition, they were extremely polite and friendly, and definitely provided exceptional service. I will definitely use Lets Get Moving again! I highly recommend this company.

The team showed up on time and was professional, polite, and efficient. The items we did not keep were going to charity so the team was very careful with all items. In addition, the team organized the items and clearly marked trash, donate, keep so that items ended up in the correct location. I have used Let's Move in the past and will do so again in the future.

Anthony and Robert did an amazing job especially having multiple levels and also I needed two stops so they could unload at a storage facility plus the new house. Would definitely recommend them both they were awesome!!

My family and I use Let’s Get Moving to move from Saint Petersburg to Palm Harbor. They moved us from the 7th floor from the building we were living at to our new home. They did an amazing job and were very efficient. There was no slacking and work was always preformed. They stored everything for several days until we could move into our new home. Everything was still in the same shape as when it was packed. They are priced great! Emmett, Pat, and Josh R. We’re great!

When my national carrier was not able to conduct my move, Let's Get Moving stepped in and did the job. I am grateful for that however, it went downhill from there. LGM was recommended by the national carrier, who could no longer complete my move the day before the move. The LGM owner seemed so nice and professional. I was so thankful to find someone to complete my move on short notice. We were moving from St Pete to Orlando and I knew we would have several months of storage. When we moved to Orlando, we had a delay which meant we would have several additional months of storage. The manager of the company called and said we would have to pay higher rates than contracted for storage because we had extended storage longer than we expected. I understood that and paid a much higher monthly rate than what was contracted. The day before our belongings were to be delivered, he called to let me know that we would not only be paying a second additional fee for extending the storage but would also be paying a fee for having weight higher than what was expected. Remember, that I did not weigh the items, I received a quote from them after an on-site review and had a binding contract. When the trucks were outside of my house, the manager said that my belongings would only be delivered if we pay the “additional weight” plus the second rate increase on monthly storage. At this point, you have no choice but to pay what they say and get your belongings delivered. I have never been so disappointed in a moving company. I have moved several times and have often heard about these shenanigans but have never experienced them. The men who conducted the actual moving of my things into the truck and out of the truck did a very nice job however, the company is not to be trusted. A binding contract means nothing to them. Your things will be held in ransom unless you pay significantly higher fees than agreed. Extortion! Run away!

Lets get moving was amazing. I called last minute because I didn't know my closing was happening so soon. They fit me in the schedule quickly. Anthony and Aaron did an outstanding job. They worked hard with smiles on their faces. They were polite, respectful and handled my things with care. I would refer them to my own family. Previously, I had to move and had a horrific experience with a moving company. Therefore, this time I was really anxious. However, Let's Get Moving people showed me how positive a moving experience can be. The office stuff was very polite, understanding, and straightforward. The crew came exactly at the appointed time giving me a call in advance. Such awesome guys! Josh K and Matthew did a great job that all I can say is WOW!!! They are extremely pleasant people and I wouldn't mine to have them among my personal friends! They showed outstanding dedication, demeanor, intelligence, and patience doing the job quickly and highly professionally. If/when I need to move again, the Let's Get Moving is my clear choice. It isn't often that I have the pleasure of reviewing a company so deserving of the high praise and accolades it receives. Let's Get Moving is one such company. This moving company, which employs professional movers, individuals who demonstrated an immense pride in the quality of their work, provided me one of the best consumer experiences I have ever have. Beginning with the initial quote process and setting up the move, Paul was a pleasure to speak with. He was quick, responsive, and flexible to our changing needs. Paul set us up with Josh R. and Mike, two men who embody the essence of what this company is built on. Josh R. and Mike were the pinnacle of courtesy, professionalism, and determination, all in an effort to remove the stress of moving from our minds. Our move went off without a hitch, and no item, no matter the size, proved to be a challenge for these two highly capable movers. After having moved us in and realizing that the time we were quoted for exceeded how much time we actually used, Josh R. readjusted our quote and saved us money. EXCELLENT! I have used them several times in the past few years and it is always a great experience (never thought I would write that about moving!). They are very professional, quick, and take excellent care of my things. Would definitely call them again for any moving I needed to be done.

This is the second time I have used LGM. The service was excellent 2 years ago so this time I did not bother calling any other companies. Go with what works. LGM came through for me again by making moving as pleasurable and easy as possible. Josh R. and Angelo were great. They jumped on the job and got it done in record time. They were fast, efficient and very careful with all my furniture and stuff. Could not ask for 2 nicer super professional guys!

It was OUTSTANDINGLY GOOD. Super-responsive and communicative office manager (Paul Cote), as well as a great courteous, competent, conscientious and punctual moving crew ensured this move went off FLAWLESSLY. They showed up RIGHT ON TIME, took great care of our furniture by wrapping everything in blankets before loading it on the truck, and then did the same when they delivered and placed it at our retirement town house located 90 miles south of here. They finished the job 2 hours earlier than I and their office manager had estimated, so it cost me $500 less than what I had budgeted for. This is a GREAT COMPANY. If you are doing a local or intrastate move from Pinellas County to any nearby Central Florida county, I would strongly suggest you hire this company. Honest business!

Josh R, Michael and Rod arrived at our home promptly at 8:00, they moved the rooms of our home within the 5 hour time frame quoted to us from Paul. We were very pleased with the high quality, very professional and kindness provided to us by Let’s Get Moving. We cannot say enough of how amazing the service was from beginning to end.

For the most part, the move went well. The one problem we encountered was that a different crew packed us than unloaded us. That created a problem with one piece of furniture which the company is trying to rectify. The crew Josh R., Rod, Michael K. did a great job, They were punctual, efficient, cooperative and very hard working. I would recommend the company to others who need a local mover.

As for not being able to have the same crew members each day, I did try to have at least 1 of the same crew members on each phase of your move but it was out of my control, with issues arising (personal/family) with our team members, it made it a little difficult to have the same team each day. The one item that we had a issue with was the legs to the couch which were taken off do to getting out of the room and you did find them and we came out yesterday to put the legs on and setup your room for you. I thank you for allowing us to come out and setup the room and put the couch legs back on to make sure we 100% completed your move. I used this company for the first time. The movers were polite, efficient, and expedient. In particular, Josh R. was able to help minimize my concerns when moving my larger furniture pieces upstairs. I really didn't think the large pieces would fit up the winding staircase. He ensured that he and his coworkers understood my concerns and handled the move beautifully and with finesse. BEST MOVERS I have ever hired. Two Thumbs Up!! Moving Manager Theron, Movers Jacquez, Aaron and Sales Directors Ernie were all incredibly professional. A three story house of furniture and boxes and other items were moved without a scratch! They had to go up and down circular stairs wrapped with mirrors and they never touched the mirrors. They were very careful with every piece of the move. They had all the right equipment and moving blankets for the heavy items. I was super confident that they would not damage anything. They showed up on time, they called me to communicate every step of the process and they replied to emails immediately. I called them at 2 in the morning the night before and they answered! and were super courteous and addressed my concern at 2 am. They were incredibly friendly and polite and answered all my questions. I cannot say enough good things about the Let's Get Moving Team. I will hire them for any move from now on. They were a little more expensive but SO SO worth it. Cannot say enough good things about this company and the employees.

The Moving Professionals, Theron C. and Jacques H. called ahead to let me know they’re enroute, arrived on time, very courteous and respectful. These gentlemen listened to my furniture concerns, handled furniture like it was their own, and both were hardworking by hustling both at origin and destination addresses. Even helped with relocating an odd piece of furniture upon arrival at destination location. Use of wardrobe boxes for free is a perk as other companies will charge. This is my second time using Let’s Get Moving. Fair pricing, hardworking gentlemen, respectful, friendly customer service when calling to receive a quote as well as answered all questions for pre-move without feeling rush. If I should move again, I’d call this company without reservation.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided by "Let's Get Moving", and have been in the past, using them for 3 previous moves. If you want a company who answers your e-mails and phone calls, and who schedules a date to come to your house on time, and provides efficient service, this company delivers. Kudos to Paul for great communication. The entire team, who came to our house, Matt, Theron, Jaquez, and Anthony each were organized, thorough, and professional. All of them took great care in their work. Upon delivery of the home goods, near the completion of the service, we asked Anthony to move our China Cabinet to another location in the home. He willingly did so without hesitation.

It went off without a single issue. Josh, Robert & Rod were on time and ready to work, both days. Were polite, always pleasant to deal with, and made sure the move was happening as we wanted it too. They made what could have been a very stressful event, seam easy. Even if we changed our mind on where we wanted something placed, they kept smiling and accommodated our request. Everything arrived safe & undamaged. Recommend this business highly, and if we needed something moved again, this is who we would contact to do it.
