Description of Work: Mr. Fritz designed a plan for a bathroom remodel. It was evident that he put a lot of thought into the design and incorporated all of our wishes. He is very professional and thorough.

Description of Work: First of all, I want to point out that it was not the company listed here that did the work. Mr. Fritz was very nice and accommodating. But once his part was done with it was all in the hands of H.I.S. Cabinetry. |The process started with Mr. Fritz measuring the cabinets and introducing me to his vendor for cabinets H.I.S. Time table was 7/5 and final contact 10/31. Originally I was told by H.I.S. that the cabinets would all be in place by 9/20. My first contact with them was 8/12. The doors and drawer fronts were removed 8/19. On 9/17 the "finished" pieces were delivered for installation. Three doors and the piece in front of the sink were not in the order. So they came back that Friday and reinstalled the old pieces because I was having a party and did not want my cupboards open. The last install was supposed to be on 10/13. This delay was not their fault. We were on vacation for 2 weeks so they could not come in on 10/1 to install. The new doors were beautiful and fully finished. But I realized that the doors that had been installed previously were not completely finished. So the installer had to spend another 90 minutes smoothing all the doors that were not finished properly. Also one door handle was missing. It could not be found at the shop. So finally on 10/31 new door handles were installed in the whole kitchen because my old ones were no longer available. All those months I had been in contact twice with Mr. Fritz who contacted Rick the owner of H.I.S. Meanwhile I communicated with H.I.S. 7 times to try to get the install done correctly. I would never recommend H.I.S. Cabinetry.

Description of Work: Came and looked at bathroom to present a design. Got an estimate 2 weeks later but no plan. My intention was not to pay $49 just for an estimate but for an actual plan.

Description of Work: Provider was polite and pleasant. It took over a month to get the plans. It was difficult to visualize how the kitchen would look the way the layout was presented.
