Description of Work: The door in the back of the house is a metal door and he fixed it so it fits to the lock.

Description of Work: he called ahead, performed his tasks and as quickly as he arrived he left. leaving me very satisfied with the quality of his work.

Description of Work: John is very knowledgeable. He came to rekey two lockstep and add one to an old door. He pointed out several things that were much appreciated. I marked a b only because he didn't offer to come right out, but I didn't need him to either and was a few minutes late. Neither was an issue at all. I would recommend him.

Description of Work: Purse was snatched in the parking lot at Applebees on 4th St N...money...credit cards...and car keys and house keys all gone on Monday. Called Jay early Tuesday morning, he said he would be there early afternoon. He called a little later and said he would be there in 15 minutes. Very professional and competent with his work. Re-keyed the door, made the number of keys I needed on the spot. Twenty minutes on site max. He quickly returned the security of my home. I highly recomend Jay's Locksmith Co.

Description of Work: I had Jay's Locksmith replace door locks. Not only was his service excellent in all regards as well as being very reasonably priced, but he made unsolicited suggestions that were much better and less expensive solutions to what I had wanted to achieve than I what I had orginally requested.

Description of Work: I locked myself out of my bedroom --(I have a key lock on my door) and I don't have a spare key!! I called Jay's Locksmiths and he would have helped me over the phone but my system needed hands on attention. Keep in mind that this a Saturday morning! He came quickly and unlocked my door and made me extra keys! He saved my Saturday! I definitely put him on my speed dial!!
