Wonderful! Professional, excellent tradesman with great attitude for customer satisfaction removed old wooden ladder to attic and put in new aluminum ladder to attic and less than 2 hours. Adjusted length to fit height of garage and reattached feet. Nice job on refitting ceiling mount and garage ceiling trim around door. Superior job at great cost. Has many other services on business card and keeping Concept Construction & Remodel LLC on file for other home improvement jobs in future. Thank you for the great service!

The foundation work was not part of the job (it was bathroom remodel only). Jorge adjusted to the unexpected issue, got assistance and tackled the job until it was done. Their assistance was very much appreciated because the foundation work added several days to the project that they did not expect. Thank you again!
