This is the second time I have used Billy's, and I can't say enough good things about them. They are prompt, prioritize emergency repairs, courteous and skillful. Would recommend them without pause.

We scheduled an appointment with Scott and he came the next day as requested. Scott has done major work several times around our home and property for more than ten years now. Scott is an honest, reliable and dependable businesman. We would call Scott again and again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for both professional and quality service. His rates are exceptional and his service is the best!

Very good pricing, They had to dig up the ground, and run a line to the main drain, put new shutoff valves, they were out for about 3 hours and I was really expecting a higher price, they only thing that went up, was the amount for the permit, but that had to do with the city..Very good company, give them 5 out of 5 stars,

Installed 2 new toilets and sinks (included in the charges), also installed new faucets (faucets purchased by me). Fixed shower part that had gone bad after 40 years use. Shower continues to function perfectly (I had thought it would have needed a complete new set of hardware or even worse! It was making a horrible noise and could have indicated something more serious they said.
Servicemen provided paperwork for energy saving rebate which was about $100 (or more)which credit was applied to my water bill resulting in several months free water. They worked quickly and efficiently. I have had no problem whatsoever with the work they did. There was a pre-estimate and no surprises when the work was completed.

Great! They were very conscience of the time, they did a good job and everything worked fine. I didn't have to have them come back out and they showed up when they said they were going to do. They were professional and they have reasonable prices.

As soon as I answered the door, Greg said, your leak is coming from your front yard. I walked out with him & he showed me the water coming out of the ground. We had a cracked pipe near the water meter. Greg was awesome, even with my kids all up in his work area catching frogs & digging in the dirt. All the work he had to do out there we thought for sure it was going to cost us at least $500.00!!! So we were super surprised at our bill!
If we ever need a plumber again we will be calling Billy The Sunshine Plumber! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

They came out promptly when called and replaced the existing with a new unit. Professional and very competent. Also removed excess piping from outdated unit on wall. I would use them again.

Called at 9:00 am. I was only going to be home between 10 and 12:30. They agreed to have someone there between those
times. Scott showed up at 10:15, quickly discovered the problem and had the whole thing replaced in 1/2 an hour. Really incredible service and a fair price.
