THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED WAS VERY UNPLEASANT -- I DIDN'T GET THE IDEA THAT THEY WANTED MY BUSINESS. THE PLUMBER RESPONDED DURING THE TIMEFRAME THEY GAVE ME, WHICH WAS NICE. HE SAID THAT HE HAD TO CUT INTO THE TILE OR THE WALL BEHIND THE SHOWER (WHICH I CAME TO FIND OUT SEVERAL MONTHS LATER WAS NOT NEEDED AT ALL). HE DID HIS JOB OKAY, BUT DURING THE TIME, ANOTHER PLUMBER FROM SAME COMPANY WALKED INTO MY HOUSE WITHOUT KNOCKING (HE HAD SEEN THE WORK TRUCK AND STOPPED BY TO SAY HELLO). THEY TALKED FOR SEVERAL MINUTES, WHILE I WAS BEING BILLED HOURLY. I HAD HEARD HIM DROP SOME TOOLS DURING THE JOB AND SAW AFTER HE HAD LEFT THAT HE HAD CHIPPED A TILE ON MY BATHROOM COUNTER. WHEN HE LEFT, HE TOOK SOME SUPPLIES THAT A NEIGHBOR HAD LOANED ME. I CALLED HIM TO BRING THEM BACK AND HE TOLD ME HE HAD 'THROWN THEM AWAY ALREADY.' I TOLD HIM HE WOULD NEED TO BUY NEW SUPPLIES TO REPLACE. HE SAID THAT HE WOULD, BUT NEVER DID AND I WAS NEVER ABLE TO GET BACK IN TOUCH WITH HIM.

THEY DID WORK ON SOMEONE ELSE'S CONDO IN MY BUILDING LATE 2/05. I ASKED THAT THEY COME-UP WHEN DONE TO LOOK AT SOME MAJOR WORK I NEED TO HAVE DONE. DID NOT SHOW. CALLED THE OFFICE EARLY MARCH 05, WAS TOLD ''HE'' HAS TO CALL ME BACK TO MAKE APPOINTMENT. 1 WEEK LATER, NO CALL-BACK. CALLED AGAIN 3/10, WAS TOLD ''HE'' WILL GET BACK TO ME WHEN EVER ''HE'' HAS THE TIME. LADY WAS UNABLE TO SAY WHEN THAT WOULD BE AS ONLY ''HE'' CAN MAKE THAT DETERMINATION. RIDICULOUS OUTFIT.

THEY HAD TO COME BACK TO REPAIR AGAIN BUT THERE WAS NO CHARGE. THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE WAS NICE AND CONCERNED. THEY DID A GOOD JOB.
