Our youngest cat had to be euthanized and her death was sudden and unexpected. We took her remains to Anderson McQueen for a private cremation. The staff were so kind and compassionate and encouraged us to sit in the Rainbow Bridge room for as long as we needed. We were treated so respectfully and the staff at Anderson McQueen totally understand that a pet is a member of the family. We were called the next day to pick up our cat's ashes and a few weeks later received such a kind, empathetic and validating letter from John McQueen.

Exceptionally well! The care, compassion and service was beyond what we expected. They accomplished just that! My entire family would HIGHLY recommend them for anyone having a need in the Tampa Bay Area! You want regret it.

They came right over, and respectfully removed him. They cremated him and placed him in an urn. They were very professional and went above and beyond for me. They are all around a classy organizations.

You sent me a letter referencing our recent phone conversation which never took place. I notice from your brochure that you mention your expertise with respect to veterans benefits. It would have been nice if you would have had such expertise in 2003 when I was duped into paying $3,000+ for a simple cremation and nothing else for my loved one – William J. Remo. He was a disabled veteran from World War II and I am sure that he would have qualified. Afterward I discovered the VA would have provided him with precremation and burial services. When a potential customer is in need of the simplest services they are in a state of shock and don’t often think straight. Your company took advantage of me when I was at my weakest and because of this I will never recommend your company. I found it interesting that in 1997 when my best friend was murdered and I helped his family arrange a simple cremation the cost was in the hundreds and not thousands. His name was David Gayan and if your records go back that far you can look it up yourself. The major difference was an overhead charge charged on William J. Remo to subsidize your other services which we did not use. Please take me off your mailing list as every time I open a mailing it only opens old wounds.
