Description of Work: Had brought my large vac to be repaired. Worked but didn't have the same power it used to have. Was told it was not able to be repaired and he tried to sell ma a new one. Also brought my smaller sweeper /vac. Same deal ....told me it would cost too much to repair( needed a new brush and filter) and he did an exchange, mine for a refurbished on for $20.oo . Brought it home, didn't work well. Brought it back got my old one back and my $$. Contacted the company, ordered a new brush and 2 filters total cost $22.00 including tax, s/h and fixed it myself. Works fine!

 + -1 moreI called a couple different vaccum repair facilities and 4D was closest to my home and most expeditious (the gentleman who owned the shop said he could have it done the next day). I dropped off the vaccum and he looked it over and let me know I could use a new filter in addition to the obvious issue. The repair was completed exactly when he said it was, we tested it in the store, and it's worked like a dream ever since. The owner of the stop is who does the work and who you'll have dealings with - he's incredibly friendly and personable. I'd never hesitate sending someone to his shop or going back myself!
Description of Work: My puppy chewed through the power cord on my Hoover FloorMate and I needed it replaced...and with a puppy, I needed it replaced quickly to clean up messes on the floor!

Description of Work: I brought my Kenmore cannister vacuum in because the lights and brushes weren't working on the powerhead. My vacuum was fixed in about 10 minutes, they alerted me that the HEPA filter needed to be changed, and they straightened out the hose. Both the filter and the repairs only cost $18.09.

 + -1 moreI read the previous review and called to verify they would work on the vacuum. The repairman (Roland) was cheerful & courteous, and in my mind very knowledgeable and efficient, a very welcome combination. I would recommend him and will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: My Kirby Heritage stopped working; I had power but the impeller was not spinning. Roland diagnosed the problem as a broken armature. He was able to repair it by replacing the part and the impeller and have it ready the next day.

 + -1 moreBrought in a 5 year old vacuum that had stopped running. Owner took it in, even though the shop was closed when I arrived. He called me early the next morning to say he had repaired the vacuum, and it was an inexpensive problem. He showed me that he had replaced the plug and cleaned the filter. Nice guy, clean shop.
