Mark Kharitonov owns Jax Beach Handyman. He's a know it all type of guy. He built the business from the ground up and is excited to serve people in the Jacksonville area. He can do any job but prefers to do projects that don't take more than a week. Quality and efficiency are the two words to describe his work. Responds to requests via message or text.
