AEJ Property Services is a full site development and maintenance company. No Job is too big or too small. We have evolved from a construction company that installed Storm, Water, Sewer, Parking lots, sidewalks, curb and asphalt for banks and hotels to now handling anything that a individual or commercial customer needs to maintain their property. We have recently completed many projects from installing ADA concrete entrances for hospitals and clinics to reapiring concrete structures for pond stormwater management projects. We install concrete for consumers from sidewalks to driveways. We are currently remodeling 2 Red Lobster restaraunts in Orlando. This includes removing all concrete sidewalks and handicap parking areas and updating to current handicap codes
