It was a nightmare from every angle.

I have looked all over trying to find some one who could fix this problem. I went on Angie's List and their he was. He did a wonderful job and was very particular about his work. He was very nice and helpful. He showed me what needed to be done and explained it to me.

I contacted Luis on a Friday, explained that his quote would be my third, and gave him a description of the existing columned structure that I wanted screened in. He promptly arrived on Saturday morning to provide an estimate. I told him that his quote was in the ballpark of the others but timing was an issue. The others had a week to three week lead time and the mosquitos were eating me alive, (I have a conservation lot behind my new home). He said that he could do it Monday. My patio was screened in on Monday by the time I arrived home from work. He completely understood my insect dilemma after working back there all day and in the rain no less. Thanks to Angie's List this is the first time in a very long time that I have actually had a vendor to deliver on what they promised from start to finish.

Luis's estimate for re screening the porch was the lowest of several estimates we obtained. He was responsive, punctual and professional and made every effort to keep our expenses for the unexpected demolition and rebuilding of the wall to a minimum. The entire job, including materials and the originally contracted for re-screening cost a very reasonable $2,200 even though the job that was expected to take him and his assistant less than 2 days ended up taking 7 days to complete. Luis carted off debris from the demolition and always left the work site cleaned up when he left for the day. He and his assistant were extremely polite, respectful and co-operative. They even tried to keep noise to a minimum to accommodate a very ill next-door neighbor of ours. We would not hesitate to hire him again.
