Since 1986, Tri-Corp Construction Group, Inc. has been building quality structures all over Jacksonville and northeast Florida. Over that time we have built many custom homes ranging from modest to luxurious, and have completed numerous remodels from simple bathroom renovations to several hundred thousand dollar, high-end home renovations and additions. Our work has also comprised of the ground up construction of office buildings and shopping centers with the associated horizontal development, and subsequent tenant build-outs within. Our commercial experience also includes renovations (both interior and exterior), the construction of several specialty veterinary offices, restaurants, retail projects for several national companies, condominium capital improvement projects, and project management. Over the past twenty years in business, our work has been generated mainly through repeat clients and on the word of mouth of past clients. With most of these projects, we have worked with the clients from the project inception providing input on the design and construction methods so as to provide the highest quality project while still yielding to the often tight financial requirements of our clients. Our experience ranges from wood frame to light gauge metal frame; pre-engineered metal buildings to conventional structural steel construction; and masonry construction to insulated concrete form (ICF) construction. Tri-Corp Construction Group, Inc. is owned and operated by a State Certified Building Contractor (CBC1255646). This allows us to work throughout the state of Florida; however, we prefer to work in Northeast Florida. We are currently registered with Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, and Clay counties. We do use subcontractors when required as we can not self perform all of the work that often needs to be done. All of our subcontractors must provide proof of licensure, general liability insurance, and workman's compensation insurance as required by law before we will allow them to work on any of our projects. Pricing is project specific as no two projects are ever alike. An estimate for the work in question is prepared provided there is substantial information available about the project from which to generate an estimate. Estimates are generally free to the client. Once a price is agreed upon, a written contract is prepared that is specific to your project. Payment terms are covered in the contract.
