My family and I had contacted various Realtors prior to contacting New World Realty and we felt that these realtors were not very interested in our busines .  
Thereafter, through recommendation we met with Mr. Marcus Wally and his team Mrs. Becky Mendenhall and it was magic.  All we did was give them and idea of what we were looking for, where we wanted to be located and how much we could to spend.  Within less than 3 weeks we knew the market value, the areas within Saint Augustine and our scope was now fresh and we much appreciated learning that Saint Augustine had a world of neighboring communities we did not know about.
Needless to say, we found our new home!  THank you Marcus and Becky.  New World Realty took held our hand and we went step by step over every detail of the process.  They worked on our behalf with the financial institution and made sure that all the t's were crossed and the i's were dotted. They were the most professional team we have ever dealt with and this is our 4th home. We are so happy with all the hard work they put forth,  they really were instrumental in this process.
We really recommend this company to any and evrybody for any Real Estate need in Saint Augstine!  Trust me they are just wonderful!!!
