A 6-day close with a 1031 exchange and a lease-back component is unheard of (we have great business partner relationships who helped get it done). And then to not only shatter the record (by $94,500!) but also set another record by negotiating an unheard-of 2-YEAR LEASE-BACK for you until your new construction home was built so you didn't have to move to a rental home for 2 years (saving you about $11K in moving costs and a HUGE amount of inconvenience). We even negotiated for the buyers to purchase the piano and pool table so you didn't have to move that.
