ELENA'S CLEANING SERVICES

Thanks to Angie's List I have found the perfect cleaning company!  I interviewed Oscar and found him to be a pleasant and knowledgeable young man.  He works with his mother Elena and sometimes they have a third person also. I thought I would give them a try and was I ever glad I did.  They arrived right on time and set to work.  I have a three story home with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and a flat roof with a grill and a gazebo, so there is a lot to do.  The three of them went right to work and were very professional and detailed in their cleaning.  Oscar is very knowledgable about anything to do with cleaning products and had some suggestions about how to make the granite look better and how to put a diamond shine on the stainless steel They wasted no time taking breaks or talking and they were done in two hours leaving me a heavenly, sparkling clean home. Once they were done sooner than planned and charged me less money.  Besides being delighted with how they clean I find them lovely, honest and kind people.  Thanks again Angie and thanks Oscar and Elena.

Overall I'm pleased so far with their service all though I have friends who are having the same service for less. These people are very trustworthly.

We have enjoyed weekly housecleaning services by Elena's Cleaning Service for several months. They are consistently dependable and responsive to any special requests I have. Oscar and Elena are totally trustworthy. It is a pleasure for me to return home from work to find that my house has been cleaned and cared for by Oscar and Elena as if it were their own home.

My husband and I moved to Florida from across the country almost a year ago, to our dream location and our "dream" home. However, a few months ago, I realized that I was having trouble keeping up with the maintenance of my lovely wood floors, and all the tile in our new townhome, as the floor duties were aggravating my back problems. It was then that we considered hiring someone to help us with house cleaning, so we naturally consulted Angie's List for help in finding someone. Oscar came out very promptly after my initial call to meet us and give an estimate of cleaning costs, since we wanted to have him come for an initial, deep cleaning, followed by visits every two weeks for regular house cleaning. Oscar was very personable and chatted with both myself and my husband and we really liked him. His skills are excellent, his charges are reasonable, and he is always very professional. His mother, Elena, the founder of the company, has accompanied him on two occasions so far to assist in the cleaning, while the other times, Oscar has a different assistant. Aside from his professionalism and superior cleaning skills, Oscar always takes time to greet, pet and throw the ball for our dachshund, Henry. Henry is an energetic wiener dog and is happy to meet everyone who comes to our house, always greeting people by bringing them a ball to throw. Oscar makes Henry a happy dog by meeting his needs this way! And on the days that I know he is coming to clean my house, Oscar makes ME a very happy woman, since I know my house will be shining and sparkling clean at the end of his visit! They are very thorough and I am very happy with the service. They clean, straighten, and pick up. I recommend them highly. While they are not cheap, I have a lot of rooms to clean and I believe the pricing is very fair.

You write the checks to Maria Cosanta. It is a mother, a son and a young girl. They usually came on Wednesdays and they called and said they would be here on Friday, which they did. When she was leaving she said that she would not be here for four weeks and I said that was not satisfactory. She is supposed to come every two weeks. There were three of them and if something would come up, at least two of them would come. She said that she had to go to Costa Rica and leave the country and come back so she could renew her permit and get her driver's license. I told her that her son Oscar and Jennifer could come in two weeks. I said I had to have somebody come every two weeks or I would have to hire somebody else. This just happened so I don't know if they will be back. This past visit the mother and young girl came; the son had allergies and couldn't come. They are very good and I don't have any complaints except for the four weeks. In the beginning they did a major job for me because I have had surgeries and can't bend. I am concerned with having the floors done because of the dog and cat. They have been fine and the price has been fair. They have been right on time and they are very professional. I would recommend them.

I was very pleased. The first time Elena, Oscar (her son) and their assistant came and powered through the house quickly and efficiently. They were here a few hours and when they left I was thrilled to have my house back in order. They use non-toxic cleaning agents as well. I also like that they are easy to contact and very responsive. After I was in the hospital, Oscar offered to assist me however I might have needed it. Also, they don't mind that I have a dog and cat.

They have cleaned my house several times now and I am always pleased with the result. Even my husband- who is very picky- has been happy with the results.

I had shoulder surgery in January and have been in therapy since then. I got their name from a friend (whose house always looks and smells great!) Oscar and Elena (son and mother) came over and gave me a price that I thought was very reasonable. They said they would be at my house on Tuesday at 8:30. They always come right on time. They have all of their cleaning equipment and products. I have mostly tile floors so they bought a mop just for my house. After they use it they put it in the garage for next time. They cleaned literally from top to bottom of the house. The next time they came they asked if there was anything that they had missed or anything that I wanted done differently. (There wasn't anything that they had missed) I have to leave while they are here to go to therapy and I feel completely safe leaving them here. Super nice people.
