I've used other tree services in the last year and a half and Danny's was the best by far. The other companies were fine, but Danny's excelled in all phases. I spoke with Rita three times on the phone asking questions and adding areas I wanted serviced. She was extremely pleasant and made sure that she understood exactly what I wanted. This was no small task since I never met personally with any representative to mark out the trees and bushes. She even called me the day they were working to ask me about a couple of items. When I got home after work I was very pleased. Because I never met with Rita in person to show her everything I was expecting them to have missed something, and I wouldn't have been upset. But they got everything right! I couldn't be happier with Danny's and I will definitely use them again. Highly, highly recommended!

I am out-of-state. Rita was very helpful. She understood my problem, helped me understand my problem better, suggested some of the focus of the work, and got the job done a few days after we spoke. It's tough addressing a problem like this from afar. Angie's List gave me Rita and Rita got the job done.

Rita called the day before to let us know what time to expect the crew and they arrived right on time.  When they pull up with all their trucks it feels like the army is coming.  Several men on the crew make a great team and everyone has their job.  They did a great job cleaning up which was a mess after trimming all those huge oak tree branches.  This crew is professional and knows what they are doing trimming around power lines and around the buildings.  Nothing dropped where it shouldn't.

Rita came out promptly at the agreed-upon time to give me an estimate.  I have had these trees trimmed before, so I knew that the $595 estimate was very reasonable.  The crew arrived on time on the agreed-to date.  At the last minute I asked Rita if they could also clean the gutters, which were chocked completely full of oak leaves and pollen.  She said yes, for another $100.  The crew were very, very careful of our property, and cleaned up as they worked.  The gentleman who did the gutters worked hard to clean them thoroughly - our house has a high, steep roof, and there are gutters all the way around including the pool cage.  At the end of the job Rita came by to inspect and make sure I was pleased with the job.  I will use them again next year.

Danny and Rita are Fantastic, they are quick to get the work done. They are punctual and clean up after the work is done. I have been using them for years and recommend to everyone.

Very professional and easy to work with. The price was very affordable considering the amount of branches we wanted cut. We were VERY happy with the final product. The tree branches were cut in a way that it didn't make the tree look weird or hacked away (they were selective in how they cut away the branches). It still looks like a nice tree, but cleaned up quite a bit. The crew was very quick, cleaned up thoroughly,and hauled everything away. There was a supervisor on-site to inspect the work being done and we were able to approve the final product before the crew left. Would definitely use them again!

Rita came out to give us an estimate within 24 hours. Her estimate was the middle price of three estimates we received. I decided to go with her company based on work that they had performed on properties nearby, reputation and Angie's List.
We scheduled her company to come out the next week. Her crew of five trimmed, elevated and cleaned out all our oak trees.
They look beautiful and are now are up away from the house. They cleaned up the yard and you would never know we had just had branches on the ground. They even moved and replaced my yard ornaments before and after trimming.

I'm totally in awe. I have used many different tree services for over 35 years, some good, some bad. I have never seen a performance like this. I didn't know who to call because I knew most of the services I've had are either too expensive or just not capable of this kind of job. The tree, a 35 year old multi- trunked bottlebrush is leaning over the water of a lake. It's starting to rot at the base and one of the large trunks suddenlly twisted and started to fall more closely toward the water and right over some underwater irrigation pipes. I knew if a heavy wind came up and it actually fell into the water it would be a terrible job to get it out and the additional cost of replacing the irrigation. Other tree people shook their heads and said it couldn't be done.

When Rita came out to give me the estimate, it was quick, and reasonable. She was able to inspire confidence in me because of her own confidence that they could do the job, and to them it wouldn't be such a big deal however precarious the situation was. The job was done a few days later and she kept in contact all the while about what time they would get here.

I sat and watched in amazement and wished there could have been a bigger audience. I have never seen such precision and expertise. They were coming from a big job so they happened to have a group of people working. For a few minutes they visually surveyed the situation and then got to work. They tied up the falling trunk and supported it from above, tied ropes around the main trunk leading to the fallen one so they could direct it's path when they cut. It was very quiet. There was no fumbling and shouting of orders. They did it as if they had practiced it a million times. I watched as each large piece of the trunk was cut and expertly guided away from falling into the water and onto the irrigation pipes. It seemed an impossibility to me but it was completed with absoluite perfection in less than 45 minutes without damaging any other vegetation around.

They were all as nice as can be and considerate even to the point of providing an addressed envelope in case I wanted to
send the payment in. Such wonderful, old fashioned trust that one doesn't often see anymore.

There were no dislikes about them. When I emailed them, I got a phone call back probably within 35minutes. Rita was the one who gave the estimate and she came and walked through. She gave me an estimate on each tree and basically they itemize. They came back probably a week later after I hired them. They were here and did the whole job in 45 minutes. They did a wonderful job cleaning up. Rita was here supervising the whole business and quite pleasant. I would definitely use them again.

Outstanding service from beginning to end. The Quote process was easy and Rita showed up on site to oversee some of the work.
