I WAS GLAD WE HAD NOT INITIATED ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM AND GOT TANGLED UP WITH HALF STARTED JOBS OR PROBLEMS ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THEIR HELP AS WELL AS COMMUNICATING WITH THE CUSTOMER.

1. THEY PUT IN BOARDS THAT THEY HAD TO COME BACK AND REPLACE A WEEK LATER - I DON'T KNOW WHY. 2. WE WEREN'T TOLD BY THE ESTIMATOR THAT WE HAD OPTIONS IN WHAT STYLE OF PICKET FENCE WE WOULD GET - BAY SAYS WE HAD FIVE. HE ALSO MEASURED & DREW THE PLANS WRONG. DUE TO THIS, THEY HAD TO TAKE A CHUNK OUT OF OUR DRIVEWAY TO PUT IN THE FENCE CORRECTLY. SOMEONE FROM THE COMPANY HAD TO COME OUT AND SCRAPE OFF EXCESS CONCRETE FROM THE SIDEWALK THAT THEY LEFT - THEY LEFT A MESS OF CHUNKS OF CONCRETE ALL OVER THE SIDEWALK. IN GENERAL, THEY DID A DECENT JOB. THEY ARE COMMENDED ON FIXING EVERYTHING I'VE HAD A COMPLAINT WITH. I WAS TOLD THE ESTIMATOR WAS LAID OFF DUE TO CONTINUED MESS-UPS. IN SHORT - I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM ONLY WITH WARNING THE PERSON I'M TELLING ABOUT WHAT TO LOOK FOR WHEN THEY'RE INSTALLING IT TO STOP FUTURE HEADACHES (SPLIT BOARDS BEING INSTALLED - PROBLEMS WITH THE DRAWING, ETC.)
