I called Jeff Jacobs yesterday, and he called back to say he could be here this morning between 8:30 and 9:00. He was here at 8:45 ready to go. He and his team worked for almost 3 1/2 hours, and everything looks great! They were punctual, personable, reliable and very professional. And, even though I suspect it was a harder job than they had anticipated (we had put it off for way too long thinking my husband would be able to do it himself), the end price was exactly as quoted over the phone. I am impressed!

He came and gave me an estimate within 10 minutes of calling - no kidding!  Came the next week with his helper and did the whole job in 2 and a half hours.  Fabulous work- my best friend almost drove past our house the next day when she came over to visit - she said it looked so different, she didn't recognize the house! It sparkles now.  This is a real review and I honestly can't believe how much better my house looks.

When I got home from work and saw the results I was amazed.  I don't think the driveway and sidewalks have looked that good since we moved into the house 15 years ago.  When I called for a quote, the owner was responsive, courteous and very professional.  He showed up when requested and did an excellent job.  I felt the cost was competitive considering the area that needed to be cleaned.

I would give him all A's. He came on time, he cleaned up after himself, everything looked great. When I called the next day and told him that one part didn't come out too good, he came back out and re did the work for me. He sent me a break down of what everything costs, he quotes you a price and sticks to it.

I thought the cost was a little high but there was a lot to do. We were not home when the service was done. When we returned home later that day we could tell that the sidewalk and front looked much better.

It wasn't until we went in the back that we had a bit of a shock.  The screen house was good but the mess that was left was unacceptable. The pool was filled with chuncks of dirt, mold and debris. It was not covered before work was started.  The sliding glass doors were filthy with chuncks of dirt that had splattered up. The patio floor itself was filled with the same and had to be swept .

Needless to say, our pool man, who has been with us for 11 years was mortified that anyone would be so careless with anything. It is costing us extra ( actual billing is not in yet ) to have the pool shocked and treated for the next few weeks to restore it to its original state.

"There are 3 sides to every coin, "heads" the customers view; tails the businesses view and the edge, your view. I would like to ask you to place yourself on the edge of the coin and look at this objectively. If you have ever had a business or dealt with a problem with a business you will understand where I'm coming from. Problems do arise from time to time, it's how we handle them that makes the difference. Not everything went well on this job I freely admit that. The pavers around the pool had a 1/4 black buildup between them and some of it got into the pool. The owner wasn't at home when I cleaned the pool so I couldn't discuss it with her. The pool needed to be vacuumed the water wasn't cloudy it just had some black chunks in it that came from the buildup between the pavers. I had to go out of town shortly after I cleaned this pool enclosure and didn't take her phone number with me so I wrote her the following letter and mailed it ASAP. Hi (name), I would like to take this opportunity to apologize for the black stuff that got in your pool while I was cleaning. I have never had this happen before, usually I'm able to wash all the debris away from the pool. Pavers are notorious for having dirt and other stuff build up between them. If you have them around the pool it is a good idea to seal them to help stop some of this buildup. Also I would have the deck cleaned at least every six months. For some unknown reason I wasn't able keep the debris out of the pool this time. I do not have a pool vacuum and I didn't see that you had one either or I would have used it. If you do not have a pool vacuum and have a pool service I would like to pay for having the pool vacuumed. I believe in treating my customers like I would like to be treated and I feel this is the correct thing to do. Also I would like to come back in six months and clean your pool enclosure for free. I know that you want to keep your property looking as good as possible and I would like to help. I'm very passionate about cleaning. The reason that I'm writing, instead of calling is that I'm out of town and do not have your phone number and can't find it on the internet, but I do have your address on my calendar. If you would like to call me please do, or if email is better that will work as well. The enclosure was in extremely bad shape having not been maintained for several years. It is beautiful and almost brand new looking. Outstanding work. Work was completed when they said with the level of detail at you would take with your home if you were doing the work yourself.

I called Jacob's Pressure Cleaning and asked if someone could come out to my home and give me an estimate of what the cost would be to clean our soffits which hadn't been properly cleaned in 10 years. The gentlemen came and said not only could he clean the soffits but that he could also pressure wash around our entire house for $225! I was very happy with the price and agreed. He did a beautiful job and even washed the white picket fence which we had not even discussed. Our house is all white and now it looks brand new. I will be calling on this company again  and again to keep the house looking new. Great job!

I called the number for Jacobs that was on Angies list. Spoke with Jacob and described the house and its location, he was familiar with the location. Jacob quoted me the price, I agreed with his quote and we arranged a date and time. Jacob came as expected, walked around the house, set up his equipment and casually mentioned that in addition to pressure washing the house he wouldclimb onto the roof and wash out the gutters, NICE!
Jacob was quick, professional and I will strongly endorse his services.

Jacob responded immediately to our phone call; later that day with an estimate. All factors considered we went with him.  So happy we did.  On time (actually early), moved items to minimize any water over spray issues, very thorough..and went the extra mile.
We will have him back on a regular basis to maintain our pool, home and driveway.  Overall just a great service provider.  We could not ask for better.  Another score from Angie's list!

I called Jacobs Pressure Cleaning and informed Jeff Jacobs what I needed to have done and he gave me an estimate for some of the work that needed to be done and said he would have to give me the remainder of the estimate after seeing the other items that needed pressure cleaned. I made an appointment and a few days later he and his partner showed up at my house for the remainder of the estimate and also to perform the work. I might add that Jeff was about 30 minutes late for the appointed time but he did call in advance to advise he would be about 30 minutes late. I really appreciated the call.
After giving me the total estimate ($650.00) they started to do the work that needed to be done. Their quality of work was excellent and you could tell they really knew what they were doing. I went outside after several hours to see how they were progressing and I noticed they were cleaning items I didn't even ask to have cleaned, although those items did need to be cleaned. They really went above and beyond what was requested and required of them. I will definitely have them return on an annual basis. You won't go wrong hiring Jeff Jacobs to do all your pressure cleaning needs.

We used Jacobs Pressure Cleaning to clean the pool deck and screened enclosure in August when we bought our house that had been sitting vacant for a year. Jeff did such a great job in transforming the pool area that we used his services a second time to clean the driveway, walkway and sidewalk that runs in front of the house. Again, he transformed the areas from dingy, dark to a normal cement color. Thanks for another job well done!

The owner was great when I called and scheduled the appointment.  We had a few hours delay due to weather.  But they were out here quickly once the weather cleared.  I did not watch them work.  But it was 2 guys.  One guy was on the roof.  One guys worked on the ground hosing down any of the chemicals that dripped down the walls of the house.  They did the roof in approx. 5 hours.  These guys were fabulous and I most definitely recommend them!  We got 4 estimates and their price was the least expensive, but their work is top notch!

Two months after moving in our new house, we decided to have our pool screen and deck cleaned. Our deck is concrete coated with cool deck and is approximately 976 sf in size and the screened area is slightly under 1,500 sf. Jeff Jacobs, the owner of Jacobs Pressure Cleaning, arrived on time with his own truck that carried a big water tank, cleaning chemicals and a pressure washer.  He explained that he needed his own water tank because his powerful pressure washer requires a very high flow rate that a typical home can not provide. Jeff used different cleaning heads and adjusted the flow rate for different areas to provide good cleaning without damaging its surface. He also hand-brushed and applied chemicals manually stained areas. He did a very thorough cleaning job, including removing all debris (leaves, vines) stuck on the screen and cleaning all corners of the deck as well as concrete baluster railings near the pool spa. Our pool looked new after cleaning. What a difference this cleaning made. Jeff was very professional and made sure that we were happy with the job before leaving.

Two very nice guys (both vets), spent about two hours doing all the work. When done, everything looked great except my patio floor had a lot of sand and dirt that was not washed out.  Also, my patio ceiling was dripping wet from overspray.  Jeff rinsed part of my patio floor once again.  I could not do a good inspection of my patio after completion because too much water was dripping from the patio ceiling and I could not tell if my screens were clean because they were still wet..  The next morning, I noticed many oversights in my patio.  My patio floor had a lot of sand and dirt covering most of my patio floor that was not washed out.   My patio screens had long fat vertical streaks of brown mud from not being rinsed thoroughly (really shows up in the morning sunshine).  Also, the buffer like pressure washer machine used on my patio floor did a poor job along the inner walls of my patio and in all of the corners.    Next day, I called Jeff about all the missed areas in my patio.  Wow, he and his partner were here in about 20 minutes!  Jeff agreed he missed all the areas I pointed out and cleaned them all very thouroughly (took about 20 minutes).  Thanks Jeff!  and Mark!  5 star job, even if it did take a second visit.  For all who read this, hire a vet today!  They will treat you right!  Although just a bit pricey, as a vet myself, I was very happy paying these two vets not only for the pressure washing job they did but, for their service to our country.
