"I am shocked at this review and I'm very sorry you feel this way. when you called for your estimate I did give you that price after I asked you my main 3 questions: is your car black,do you have pet hair and how well do you maintain your vehicle. These questions are to get a idea to price and also to see if I need to come and look first. You told me there was no pet hair but when I opened the doors your interior was covered in it enough to make me spend 7 hours detailing only the interior when it usually takes 3 hours. Before I even attempted to remove the pet hair I spoke to you about the overwhelming pet hair and quoted you the price to remove the pet hair and you agreed. I don't know if you and your husband had miscommunication on the price, but I just don't do whatever and then charge for it. I speak to the customer first to see if they want it done. After the detail you were sooo happy that it looked Brand new again and you wanted to book your husband's car,which I did two days later,I don't understand that if you weren't happy with the price why you still went ahead and got the service from me when I gave you upfront pricing and then had me do the other vehicle. Doesn't make sense. also I did give you the new customer discount, there's not a business that I know of where you can use two coupons for one item or service. why would I be different? Also your neighbor saw the transformation at the start of your interior and then at the end and was impressed with the quality that I gave you and booked a detail with me too that I did the next day. I'm sure the car wash did a good job on your vehicle coming behind my work. I left your vehicle flawless,it couldn't have been too hard to make it look good."
