"Thank you for sharing your experience. I research each and every review that comes across whether it's an "A" or an "F" to see where and how we can improve. I researched your experience and see it is from 2015? Given how long ago that was, old quotes for repairs are automatically discarded from our system after 2 years, therefore they don't big the system down. With that being said I can't look up all your quotes of non approved work. However, I will extend a preferred discount on a repair if you are having trouble with your ac currently. Also, for your troubles we will waive the diagnostic fee. I apologize that you weren't pleased with the price. "I'm apologize for any miscommunication on our part, but it does specifically state in our maintenance agreement that dirty coils and blowers are NOT covered. It also states this directly on our website. I dont understand how more transparent we could be about that. The reason why is because we have no control over the tightness of the duct, filter changes, type of filter use, return location or level of contaminants. Also I did go back through the prior years checklists and in fact it was notated that the coil was dirty and blower as well but customer declined to take care of. In good faith of standing behind our service and in case we didn't communicate properly I personally would come do your next maintenance free of charge.
