Tommy did a very good job. He was responsive to my concerns and very informative. I especially appreciated him using the booties to cover his work shoes when entering my house. Overall I continue to be impressed with Ellington's customer service and technicians.

Very quick response by a dedicated professional who has also done work for us in the past. Present problem is very perplexing and may need to be addressed further, but only due to the complexity of the system. Technician was outstanding and very thorough. Work was performed under warranty.

Went extremely well. . Three men did the installation .they knew what they were doing and were very experienced . their professionalism was appreciated. They took time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. The job was completed in about eight hours. they thoroughly cleaned up their mess and left my house looking like nothing ever happened.They especially went out of their way to be friendly and nice . A job well done by an excellent team working well together

Perfect! The AC quit on a Friday evening. I called Ellington expecting a recording or answering service, but got a live person. They scheduled a call Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend and the Tech showed up on time. Couldn't repair as a part was needed, but said he would look for a temporary fix and returned Sunday morning and fixed it. Ordered the new replacement part on Tuesday and made permanent repair on Thursday. I'm 77 years old and I've never dealt with a more professional company then Cocoa's Ellington Air conditioning service.

Tommy came out and did a full diagnostics check to make sure everything was working properly and explained what we needed to do if the problem happened again. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who was looking for a good HVAC company. They are the company we had install our A/C so there was no cost for the check.

While doing that found a major problem with outside unit. Leaking condenser coil. Explained everything in detail, however, this should all be covered under warranty. Disappointed in unit reliability at it is only 5 years old.

They do not cover shipping, labor, handling charges, processing fees, refrigerant, filter drivers, etc. This is why we offer No Worries coverage, because I completely agree all of this should be covered, unfortunately corporate America is always reducing its coverage. Their technicians: John, Cory and Jay are all top notch pros. I would've rated them an A but their maintenance without a maintenance plan was going to cost $199 per system. A competitor charged $99.00 so I went with them and received excellent service. Also, I scheduled a maintenance service for a ductless system that I have a maintenance plan through them and they moved the appointment time without notifying me. Taking time off from work isn't easy for me so this was frustrating. They did apologize for the inconvenience, but they need to evaluate their scheduling process. Based on their expensive maintenance charges and questionable scheduling practices, I am not sure I would highly recommend them. With that said, their technicians are really good and professional so you will get a professional job done if you go through them.

Excellent people. They listen to your ideas and concerns. Pricing maybe more than others but quality work and professionals is what you are getting in return. Worth it. They install like they are working on their own home. Instead of installing equipment components per industry standard practices; they look to install in a manner or location that helps preserve or increase the longevity/durability of those components. They care about completing their work in an exceptional manner as evidenced by their follow-up inspections. My first contact with Bill their salesman sold me. He is no nonsense with great technical knowledge. He made reviewing the options pretty easy despite the large number of options. He knew the pros and cons of all options. The install crew; Steven, Tyler, Justin, and Travis are all professional, polite, and care about getting the job done right. They showed on time. No waiting and wondering when they are going to arrive. The office staff was very helpful and courteous in scheduling and coordinating all our work. Steve, their Quality Assurance technician, is excellent and another no nonsense guy. I enjoyed talking with Steve about our new units, how they work, and our duct design. Great experience. Ellington Air is the place to go if you want a new HVAC system that will last with no fuss. I enjoyed working with these professionals and we are enjoying our new Trane units.
