Lou was neighborly, quick and cleaned up after himself. The entire water heater replacement took three hours and ten minutes from the time he arrived, and that's with replacing a fair amount of old pipes and testing the system. When he left he gave me his card and told me to call him direct if there was so much as one drop leaked from any of his work.

Not so well. They damaged the bathtub when delivered and failed to install the requested quarter-turn valves for the sinks and had to return. They installed the thermostatic shower valves, but never attempted to adjust them for proper flow or diverter direction.
