Job was done, I would hire this company again but not to do water heater.

Dial Plumbing & AC is amazing. Chris was great in troubleshooting the options on how to remove the sump pump & connect my drain the proper way. The project was very successful. I used Dial in the past to replace my AC. They were great on that project as well. I would use them again in the future for any AC or plumbing needs.

Installation went very well. Installers were professional and did a great job. They also throughly cleaned up the work area after their job was done. They additionally instructed me on the use of the hot water heater controls.

When my air conditioning system quit operating, I phoned Dial Plumbing & Air Conditinoning Mike was at my home within a half hour. He checked out the system which was very old and determined that it would have to be replaced. He gave me a quote which I accepted and signed a contract. Included was deductions for rebates on FPL and FL City Gas which they then handled. Delivery and installation of the new sysrem would be in about a week. What a horribly hot day in August! Before an hour passed, a “loaner” unit was brought out and hooked up. Aaah, cool air. Two highly-qualified gentlemen, Felix and Nick removed the old system and replaced it. How they managed to work so **** ** such a hot day is amazing. They showed me how to operate the new thermostat and told me to phone if I needed anything further. . All old materials were removed. Everything was left clean and tidy. If I ever needed a plumber or air conditioner again, would I hire them and/or recommend Dial to others, you bet! On a scale of 1-10 with 10 the best, I would score them a 12!

They were good and reliable. They will show up.

Be aware that this company charges $80 just to get the tech out to your house. First time customers must pay immediately over the phone via credit card. No normally I wouldn't have too much of a problem with this policy, however, they also informed me that weather I have the tech do the repair or not, the $80 charge still applies and is not credited toward the cost of the repair. So basically, this company is just inflating every job by $80. I understand that there is a cost to have the tech drive to my house, but it really sticks in my craw that the money wouldn't be credited toward the cost of the repair. Needless to say I did not use this company. If the business would like to comment on this review I would welcome it.

Solve the problem right away.

The water heater is not electric, it’s LP, Liquid Propane. So they had to disconnect the old water heater and install and connect the water heater and reconnect the gas to it. I have also used them for air conditioning repair too.

The installation went great. They were able to come and do the install within one week and it took about 6 hours to install the new air conditioning system. Would definitely use them again.

Diagnosed the problem, fixed it for a reasonable price.  Other plumbers wanted to destroy my entire bathroom and replace everything when it was just a small issue.

They did great. They were professional and honest.

They had to go up on the roof and snake the line. They were the only ones that responded and came out.

The plumber new what the problem was in very short order and fixed it. He only charged us for the service call.

We had an 8 year old AO Smith gas hot water heater that would not light the pilot. The Dial tech came out on time and determined that the pilot was fine, but the thermocouple was bad and the entire burner assembly had to be replaced. Rather than replace an expensive part, I requested a quote for replacement of the unit. Dial provided only a price quote, with no description of the model being quoted. I actually had to call and speak with the owner or manager to get model information and requested a written quote with model and installation costs separated. It was the last time I heard from Dial. They dropped the ball with no written quote and just left us hanging. Meanwhile, being skeptical of the diagnosis by their tech, further testing indicated that the thermocouple was not the issue but that the pilot was not lighting due to the gas outlet being blocked. Unfortunately, these burners are only designed to be replaced and do not allow a simple cleaning of the pilot gas outlet. So we had the hot water heater replaced with a Rheem, but not by Dial. We called BA Hamilton. The owner comes out and does the work, a true 25+ year professional.

With everything that went wrong in our brand new house, they were the ones who really did a good job with us. It was switching from electric to tankless gas.

Serviceman was on time, performed everything I asked, and cleaned up afterward. Couldn't have been more stress-free.

Pete from Dial called ahead on the morning of to make sure the time was convenient and arrived on time. He replaced the water heater with a new one and took about two hours including testing the system. The new system included a new expansion tank. He also handled removal of the old unit so it wasn't sitting out by the curb. Dial also filed for the Florida City Gas rebate for us, and that gave us a huge discount on the final cost, and helped us out because we are really over-scheduled right now. The new system is also much quieter than the previous system that used to cause a vibration when running.

After trying two other outfits (one was booked for a week, the other never bothered to show up or call to tell us they weren't showing up), I began to think that there were no reputable plumbers in our area. Dial came out when they said they would, called to let us know when they were on their way, analyzed the situation and quickly fixed the problem.

All work was completed professionally and quickly. Nice to have hot water again after two weeks. Our $288.00 charge was for 2 hrs labor, and expansion tank and assorted pvc & copper fittings.

They promised the plumber would arrive between Noon and 4 PM and he arrived just after Noon. He immediately located the problem, which was great because we had no water service to the house at all. After he repaired my water problem, I pointed out that my well had a problem and he cleaned the valve and it is working great. Will definitely use this company for any plumbing A/C problems that we may encounter. They were courteous and prompt. All work was done with one hour which was greatly appreciated.
