The job was was completed on time and below the estimate. Marcus was on time and completed the work in a very professional manner. We will definitely use CDS for any future plumbing jobs!

The company informed me they don't do the type of work I need. They were very helpful when I talked to them on the phone, but were unable to do the service I needed.

CDS Plumbing replaced the 60-year-old sewer line for my home. As always with this company, their work is impeccable and they are professional in not only their work but their interaction with their customer. I recommend them to everyone. I had to use a different plumber last week in another city for a separate home and it made me realize how professional CDS Plumbing is. CDS needs to open shop in Orlando FL! Prior to replacing the sewer line, I had them come out and trouble shoot the sewer issue with a camera, and this is where they found that the old pipe was collapsing in one area, thus impeding the flow. Paul and his crew were very pleasant, and also put up with my two giant poodles that wanted to constantly "help" them.

The service guy was on time and friendly. Asked what problems I was having and took a look at the problem areas. He took care of my kitchen sink blockage and made some modifications to the piping under the sink to have a better flow. Was also having a problem with the dishwasher back filling and the water connection. He fixed those while he was fixing the sink. He also pointed out some problem areas that I should have fixed at some point soon. The city meter connection had rotated and needed to be serviced. Since then the city has replaced the meter and shutoff connection and I'm not having any problems with the sink or dishwasher.

Today was the day to receive our new refrigerator so I moved out the old one and turned off the ice maker water line - well, I thought I turned it off but the plastic insert on the valve broke and froze and the water would not shut off. After yelling for help from my wife I shut off the water to the house and mopped up the flood. I then called CDS Plumbing Service Inc. They were able to get a plumber over within about four hours. He looked at the problem and told us exactly what the price would be. Within an hour a new box/valve was installed and a water line connected to the new refrigerator that was delivered an hour before. I have a repair to make to the drywall and some mudding to do to make the repair good as new but not a problem since it is hidden behind the refrigerator. The plumber was polite, efficient, and friendly and completed the task quickly.

Called CDS Plumbing, Chrissy, at about 7:30am today to inquire about installing water supply line. She informed me she had an opening in the 11:00am to 1:00pm time frame and the plumber could be at our home at about 11:30am from another job. I scheduled the job. Marcus arrived promptly at about 11:28am after calling to let me know he was on his way. He efficiently and neatly completed the job in an hour and a half. Extremely pleased with the response and the quality of the work.

CDS plumbing had installed a new kitchen faucet in the house I was renting (the property manager hired them for the work). They seemed very professional and did a good job. Since then I had purchased the very house I was renting and, when the exterior hose bibb on the house got broken, I gave them a call. The lady at the office who answered the phone was very friendly; we were able to set up a time for one of their plumbers to come out, at my convience. Their plumber called to let me know he we was on his way. He showed up on-time, was very friendly, and did the required work very promptly. The job required welding, which was done cleanly. He offered to install a vacuum breaker on the end of the bibb for just the cost of the part ($3), which I happily agreed to. He took the time to chat and answer any questions I had without hesitation. CDS Plumbing are very professional, friendly, and good at what they do. I would highly recommend them and will certainly give them a call if I need plumbing services in the future.

Both plumbers dispatched by CDS were exceptionally pleasant and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently and were knowledgeable about their trade. When CDS was contacted about the leak in my main water line they responded immediately, altering their schedule to accomodate my emergency as I was without water service to my home.

I can't rave enough about CDS Plumbing and Fred, the plumber!! Fred was so nice. He actually discovered a defect in the faucet we had purchased and waited around until we were able to buy a new one. CDS Plumbing is reliable, honest, and fast. We have definitely found our favorite plumber and will never look any further. We are so happy that we found CDS Plumbing and Fred!! :-)

Fred has been a life saver. He is professional, has always done a thorough and complete job. He cleans up and removes all old equipment. He is very efficient and knows what he is doing. We have used CDS and Fred multiple times over the last 6 months and I can't say enough about their service. It was great! Chrissy in the office is also always helpful and gets back to you right away. I recommend this plumbing company very highly.

The job took somewhat longer than usual because a badly corroded brace on the fixture being replaced had to be removed before the installation could proceed. The plumber was knowledgeable, experienced, efficient, quick and neat.

I had a hot water slab leak repaired without the damage of tile being dug up or drywall being removed from my bathroom. A line was rerouted and you can barely see the work that was done. CDS is always very professional and courteous and I am very pleased with how little I was charged!

Paul, Fred and his staff are first class. Everything is done well and you can count on these professionals to show up. While I initially ranked price as a "C", I believe that since its done right the first time it's not as expensive as meets the eye. They are still a bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. I don't mind paying a little bit more when you can count on them showing up, when they send out a certified professional to do their repairs, and to rest comfortable knowing the job was done right. That said their prices are still in line with the major professional plumbing shops in town. Tom Brandon (builder) does have a reputation for finding quality folks and I was glad he used Paul and the crew at CDS on my re-model.

This is the second time we have used this provider. We will always use them and would recommend them to anyone. They are courteous, efficient, on time, and reasonably priced. We had accidentally gotten a Lego part stuck in the garbage disposal blade. After many failed attempts to dislodge ourselves we called CDS. He worked and worked and finally was successful at removing the object. His perseverance saved us from having to purchase a new disposal.

Fred is always on time, knowledgeable, and courteous. I highly recommend these guys.

Once again, CDS Plumbing did a terrific, professional job. Fred is very knowledgeable. He installed a new kitchen faucet I provided, repiped the piping under the kitchen sink so that it will drain correctly. Last year it was installed improperly and never drained correctly, thus when I used the garbage disposal, I would get a geyser from the adjacent sink. It works wonderfully now. He also replaced cheap plastic piping (installed last year for my tub/shower) with copper pipe. Now the tub handles do not wobble each time they are touched. I highly recommend this company. Chrissy, at the office, is always very friendly and knows exactly what to ask to make sure the assigned plumber has the correct amount of time assigned to the job and is not in a rush. Their prices are good as well. You won't get a better plumber.

All went perfectly. Right on time, took less than an hour. Fred was very much on time, good price, and speedy.

Chrissy, the office manager was gracious and efficient. There was no emergency, so we set up an appointment which was honored. Paul, the owner, was on time. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgable. I definitely intend to call this company again for any help I need in the future.

My water heater went out on a Friday night, thus I needed to find a plumber early Saturday morning. CDS was only one of two plumbers that bothered to call me back Saturday morning. When you call CDS on the weekend, or after hours, in their message, they provide you a cell number to call for the on-call plumber. I called and Fred promptly called me back. He was at the house shortly thereafter, with an odd sized new water heater, and installed it in a short amount of time. Customer service is obviously a top priority for this company, obviously. Fred was very friendly, efficient, and professional. I will definitely use this company again.

My contractor was finishing up a new shower with pan, and determined that the piping would have to either be replaced or cleaned out if possible. I live in a 50-year-old house and was concerned as to what a plumber would find in the pipes underneath the shower. My contractor called the plumber he typically uses, CDS Plumbing, and Paul came out within 15 minutes, as he was in the area between jobs. No further work could continue with the shower until the pipe had been cleaned out. Paul determined that the cast iron was good under the shower, and using his tools, he was able to scrape out the years of built-up of calcium, etc in the pipe. This shower hasn't drained this well in a decade at least! I wish I had enlisted CDS sooner to clear out this drain. Well worth the money spent!
