Fred, the plumber for both jobs was outstanding. During the first visit which lasted about 90 minutes he corrected minor deficiencies noted during the house inspection. He sealed the bathtub faucets, fixed the stall shower hot water turn-on, fixed a leaky pipe under the house, and fixed the stopper in the Roman tub. He went about his work quickly and efficiently. He explained things to me as he went along. He had to go under the house twice in a small space for two of the repairs. I was very impressed with his professionalism. He also inspected our hot water heater and said we didn't need a new one at this time. I was so impressed with him that I schedule the installation of a new toilet. Just like the first visit I was able to easily schedule the installation (Christmas week!) with Chrissy and Fred called to confirm he was on the way. Again, he got right at it and did the installation quickly and efficiently. He took away the old toilet and was finished in less than one hour. We are new to the area and we definitely found a good plumber that we will not hesitate to call again in the future. CDS Plumbing should be the first consideration for anyone who needs plumbing services!

The service went very well. They were punctual. They got out on time. The price is very reasonable. The installation was very clean. They did an excellent job. I have had no trouble with that at all. That has been great. They did not charge me more than the $415 Big Deal; that was exactly the right price. As a matter of fact, it needed a new shut-off valve on the wall and they did not charge me for it. I plan to use them again in the future. There is another toilet in the back of the house that I wanted to have replaced especially if I get a Big Deal; I plan to use them again.

The installer arrived both times on time and competed the job quickly. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Chrissy in the office was very accommodating to my questions and concerns prior to installation. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Job went well and was done in the time that they estimated that it would take. They were neat and cleaned up afterwards. They also looked at replacing a garbage disposal for us at a later date. We asked about a specific type of disposal and they promptly got back to me that afternoon with the details. The young lady in the office was very pleasant to deal with. Answered all my questions or got back to me quickly with the information that I needed.. Would definitely use them again.

I arranged through Angie's List for CDS Plumbing to come out and snake a slow drain. As the day progressed the situation turned into an emergency and they rearranged their schedule to come over to me and fix my problem immediately. The drains were not only slow, they were beginning to back up into the house. Their service was prompt, thorough and respectful. I was very pleased and will use them again.

Marcus showed up on the promised date and time that I scheduled this service for. I appreciated the fact that he put plastic covers over his shoes when entering my house. The removal of the former shower head and the install of the new one was done very efficiently. High marks also for his courteous manner. I will use their services again if another plumbing situation should arise.

Called at 8:00 PM because everything was backing up in the house. He arrived approximately 20 minutes later and opened the clean out next to the house. Snaked it but that didn't resolved the problem. He proceeded up onto the roof in the dark and snaked the vent line. Five minutes of that and the clog was clear! Outstanding work and extremely efficient. Here and gone in just under an hour. Highly recommend!

We noticed discoloration in our laundry room hardwood floor and called CDS to come out and evaluate the situation. A plumber was scheduled to come the next day and Fred phoned to ask if he could come an hour earlier than scheduled. Upon arrival Fred determined the discoloration arose from an adjacent bathroom toilet. He replaced a leaking wax seal, fixed a faulty toilet handle and replaced the water line with braided stainless steel water tubing. He also tweaked an electric toilet and recommended cartridges be replaced in 2 other toilets in our home. Fred suggested that before we contact a floor restoration company we operate a fan on the floor in the laundry room to see if the discoloration dissipates. All work was performed in an hour, and using an Angie's List coupon we received discounted labor. Without reservations of any kind we would recommend CDS and Fred.

Marcus was amazing! Extremely knowledgeable. He quickly determined that the breaker had been shut off ( boy, I I feel dumb!). Was in and out in less than an hour including doing onsite diagnosis to the heater, just to be sure.

PROFESSIONALLY INSTALLED A NEW AO SMITH HOT WATER TANK. WHILE WAITING FOR GLUE TO DRY HE ADVISED OR FIXED THREE OTHER PLUMBING ISSUES. THE PLUMBER NAME IS MARCUS (HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM & COMPANY).

The plumber called to inform that he was on his way and arrived punctually. I took advantage of their $89 deal for one hour service but the plumber had to change a part on the bathub faucet in order to stop the leak which was an additional $60+ cost that I did not anticipate but had to get fixed. He also installed a stopper that had fallen out from one of the bath sinks and he changed the drain pipes on both bathroom sinks since they were draining slowly.

What an incredible experience. This is a company that I would gladly call again in the future. They are honest professionals that stand behind their work. I cannot rate them highly enough! If you need a plumber...call them!

Called for service due to a clogged shower drain. Same Day service with a knowledgeable tech. Very professional and cleaned up after himself. Hassle free service. Would use again.

We moved into this house the first of July 2014. Called Friday, 09/19/2014, for appointment for plumbing service, as our water bill for the last two months has been excessively high. Needed to find out reason. Was able to get appointment on Monday, 09/22/2014, in the a.m. Serviceman named Fred was here by 1030, thoroughly checked all faucets, inside and out, and found no leakage there. Did need to replace "flap" in one toilet, as well as re-seal the bottom. In addition, Fred repaired the bathtub plug, so the bathtub now holds water. He was very professional, courteous, and left the work areas clean. Would definitely request Fred again, as well as highly recommend the family-owned company.

Using CDS plumbing resulted in a simple and pleasant experience. They explained in detail what had to happen and explained the charges and rebate available from FCG. They were able to come the same day and finish earlier and at a lower cost because I had drained the tank before they arrived. The work was done quickly and professionally. Fred at CDS Plumbing is the best plumber! I have an older house purchased as a foreclosure, and we have had a lot of plumbing issues since we moved in. We have used 2 other local plumbers in the past and the experience was not good at all.
