I live 60 miles from the property that had the toilet issue. I was able to have the repair completed to the tenant's satisfaction the same day I called. Quick, professional and done right the first time.

They were honest, I know they are not going to charge me, and they tell you upfront what it will cost. I had a bad experience with another company years back, and was given an estimate that was through the roof to do some work, and then they came out and said that the work was being quoted was not required, and could be cheaper and still be up to code. That was years back. It is a good company to call. A lot of people feel that plumbers and car mechanics are a roll of the dice. I recommend them to everybody. I tell them that CDS plumbing will give you a honest quote and they do a good job.

Messy but completely effective. CDS was very flexible when I wanted to change route of new piping - done. Job was done exactly on schedule. Reconstructive concrete work was very good. Replacement of turf was attempted but result was a bit rough - I had to re-sod some of the trench way. When I discovered one of the irrigation PVC pipes had been severed, they were back on site within hours for restoration. Excellent company. Easy to work with. Very good price as compared to 5 other estimates.

Came quickly, did not overcharge for new parts - was same price I had paid at home depot. I only wish Moen's parts weren't pieces of crap, so I wouldn't have needed to call them. I will use them in future when I do need a plumber.

The owner, Paul promptly returned my initial call, some other plumbers did not even return my call. He was very receptive to my needs by explaining how the process would come together. He gave me a reasonable estimate when I consider the other estimate I got was about 35% more. His crew was very knowledgeable and preformed the work with an attention to detail. The work was also done very neatly, even with the tight quarters they were required to work in. I was under a time line and he worked with me to get the job done as needed. At the end of the job, he revisited the estimate and knocked off some money because they finished earlier than they thought. I would rate the company a 10. I would use them again as well as refer them to others

CDS Plumbing did a wonderful job and went far above and beyond to install the gas line and range. His crew overcame obstacles that were impossible to predict with a very professional job.

He was wonderful. He explained everything to me and was very professional. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The person called, showed up on time and completed the project. I think I may have paid $20 or so for parts. The individual also cleaned up after himself and told us the labor was warrantied for one year.

CDS was able to replace a damaged faucet on our kitchen sink. The plumber even gave us a choice of repairing or replacing it with one we had purchased. We chose to have him install the new one. He removed and replaced two toilets and the kitchen faucet in just under two hours (Both toilets were two piece and had to be assembled.) He worked quickly and efficiently. He also showed me how to replace an undersink water filter cartridge. He toted everything out and away, cleaned up after himself, was polite and professional. I would and will recommend CDS Plumbing to anyone and everyone.

My husband who is always skeptical about anyone that does anything in our home was so impressed by CDS. They were on time, and did everything that was noted in the quote. Included was the replacement of faucets, and handles and a new downspout for the tub. They were neat and clean, and had people working up in the attic and in the house to get this large job done in 2 days. They even fixed the gate when they went outside to move and replace the shut off outside in the yard. If we need any more plumbing repairs, we will call them with out a doubt!!! Thanks CDS (Paul)

Tech was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Arrived on time (the next day from buying 3 hours of time). Was finished a half hour early and answered all my questions. I was able to use the unused half hour towards another purchase. We only had to pay minimal cost for supplies used.

They were out the next morning from the time we called. They were very efficient. They were in and out, in less than an hour. It was just one person and he was here for may be 45 minutes. We had no problems. They didn’t charge us anything extra apart from the special deal that was on. We had the faucet. They were excellent all the way. The guy was dressed clean and everything else. We will surely use them again in the future.

It turned out great. It was fine. We've been very happy with them. They were both very nice. I couldn't remember their names. They were very nice people and easy to work with.

It was determined that the faucet was beyond repair and they replaced if with a new Moen faucet at a fair price. I bought a "deal" for 1 hr of plumbing service and the work was completed in that hour. I am very happy with their service.

It worked out fine. We hired them to replace a defective garbage disposal. The company sent one plumber. They were very good all around. They were very prompt and we were very satisfied.

Excellent! They are a great bunch. They were on time and quickly did what they were supposed to do. I was very pleased with them. I would call them again. I did not call other plumbers but their price is fair.

The toilet was reset in less then 30 mins. Each of the faucets took about 20 mins. I have installed a lot of these myself in the past and I will say that this was money well spent it took the plumber a 10th of the time it would have taken me not even counting the 2 trips to the hardware store.

He arrived right on time as promised. Very professional. Polite. We would definitely use him again. Cleaned up after his self. Gave us a quote on a new water heater. Price for work done was very reasonable. .

I had tried making the repairs myself, but was unable to fix problem. Several high water bills later I decided to check Angie 's List for plumbers. After reviewing CDS comments and their special deal on the labor I decided to give them a try. I was very impressed with the quick call back. The young man arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what was wrong and made repairs by replacing the supply tube, fill valve and flapper. Job took approx 30 mins to complete. Great job! !!

Noticed that my washing machine valves were leaking, so I sourced CDS Plumbing and based on the ratings decided to give them a call, they were quick to respond and set up a technician to come down and solve my issue. He was able to replace the washing machine valves, box and the two outside ball valves, all within 1 1/2 hours. The work was done quickly, professionally and neatly. This is actually the first vendor that I used from Angie's List (I am a new subscriber) and the experience was great. The biggest takeaway from this job specifically addressing CDS, is that I felt the technician had a honest demeanor which gave me confidence in the choice. I will absolutely call CDS for any of my future plumbing needs, I have complete confidence that they will provide me with a fair honest job.

These guys are the best, Fred is so knowledgeable and helpful. Just a real nice guy. Would use them again and again. Chrissy on the inside is fantastic, best customer service I have had in Melbourne since I have been here. Keep up the great work !!!

Technician arrived on time. The work was done efficiently and well. Technician return a few days later to slightly adjust the alignment of the toilet at no additional cost.

The entire CDS Plumbing service experience was pleasant from start to finish. The servicing was for my tenant's apartment sink garbage disposal, which is located in a state far away from where I live. When I first contacted the company, they offered suggestions on how to resolve the issue on my own without their help, so that I could save my money if the issue could be fixed. When the problem could not be resolved on my own, they were wonderful coordinating with my tenant to schedule a convenient time for the servicing. The tenant made a point to tell me that the plumber was very polite, professional and did a great job. As a first time customer, I had to provide payment for the service immediately after, by phone. For future services, I was told I will be invoiced and will not require immediate payment. I was very happy with their service and will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing related issues.

Called for a leaking shower on the second floor that was leaking onto the first floor with a house full of holiday guests. They were able to send a technician the next day. Technician called prior to arriving and was in the specified time window. He listened to past issues we have had with the shower leaking and recent repairs. Decided to start with replacing a recently replaced diverter vice cutting into the wall to check for leaking pipes. The replacement solved the issue. He also assisted with some water management of the leakage while testing the replaced diverter. Overall a great experience.
