The plumber Steve arrived on time and immediately went to work. He replaced the float valves in both toilets very quickly and efficiently. Only problem occurred when he had to shut off the main water valve that was corroded and could not be turned off. After turning off the water from the utility box in my neighbor's yard, he cut out the old valve and replaced it. Then, he replaced the leaking shut-off valve. In spite of the extra work, he completed early. He cleaned up both bathrooms before doing paperwork and leaving. Only complaint is that the replacement units make more noise than the old units when flushed, but that is very minor. I'm very happy with the service from CDS.

Had CDS Plumbing come out to our house to install a sink faucet in one bathroom and a shower head/controller in the guest bathroom, plus tidy up some repairs I made on the sink faucet in the guest bathroom. Steve, the man who came out to our house from CDS, was very professional, friendly and patient. Upon discovering that our store bought shower controller was incompatible with the valves in the wall (Delta vs. Moen), he gave us a couple of options -- one of which was to run up to Home Depot and get a Moen controller. We did this while he worked on the other fixtures. I'm sure we went slightly over our 2 hour window, but really appreciate his patience. We were very pleased with the work and the price.

The cds plumber showed up early and did a fantastic job. It was a tough job, he had to chip out some concrete to get to one of the valves. The rep. was great very professional and very good at his job. I will be calling this company again when I have more work to do.

They came out the first day and tried to find the leak, and didn?t bring any tools with them. They charged $142 for that visit. They said if they couldn?t find it they?d have to re-pipe the whole house. The second day they came back with a tool, and said it was somewhere in the hot water line. They drilled a hole in the cabinet to find the manifold (and did cover it), and charged us an extra $187, but weren?t able to find exactly where it was coming from. They charge $95 an hour. Our insurance company found where it was coming from, and recommended another plumbing company to come out and fix it.

Very good. Was on time, called prior to arriving,completed in timely manner, has a good warranty. We will call CDS next time we have plumbing issues. Also, I liked the 5% off coupon on Angie's list.

The contactor arrived on time and was well presented and courteous. He performed the drain cleaning with no mess. I was very pleased with the service offered. The office staff were also very professional and polite.

Individual showed up on time and completed the tasks requested. Had time remaining so lI had him replace the shutoff valves and if over the time....I would pay the extra. He worked diligently and did not waste time. Would use again.

They worked quickly and I thought they did a good job. They cleaned up all the major stuff. They could have cleaned up a little bit better, but it may have been difficult to see due to the lighting in my bathroom. I felt they were very honest. The job took an hour and a half.

Showed up on time, got right to work opened up the wall found the leak, fixed everything up and then cleaned up his mess.

Brian showed up and went to work after getting in touch with me. This is usually the only plumbing service I use.

Email and talks with office and plumber were handled very professionally. We discussed the work to be performed and that I would save time by removing the bathroom tile to provide access. CDS Plumbing was fine with that. The plumber kept me informed as to his arrival time and showed up as expected and went right to work. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and the price.

The company called back within two hours after being contacted through Angie's List. The plumber showed up an hour early, explained the fees clearly in advance and replaced the toilets and disposed of the old ones. He was quiet , polite, efficient, and cleaned up thoroughly. Probably the best plumbing work we've had performed. Gave us an Angie's List discount without a request from me. Would highly recommend.

Great service, Immediately returned my call, scheduled work within 2 days, arrived on time, finished in the allotted time. Very professional service person, worked quietly and quickly even removed all trash and debris . I will defiantly use them again and refer them to others.

The valve broke off and was leaking water all over my bathroom floor. It was after hours, but he got here very quickly and took care of the problem in under an hour He was very nice even when the shut off valve from the street was very hard to turn off. If all this company's employees are as good as this one, I would have no problem calling them again and again.

They were very responsive and came out to my house within a couple of days (it was not an emergency situation). The plumber was very punctual and professional and got the job done quickly. However, the problem returned a few weeks later, so I had to call them to come out again. The second time around it was a different plumber and he looked into the problem much more in depth. It seems to be a functional / structural problem of my home, so I don't fault the first guy whatsoever because he did get it working, albeit temporarily. Overall I am happy with their service and the prices are reasonable.

The plumber came on time, looked over the problem with the leaking from the hose and shutoff valve. Went his truck, got the parts, installed, cleaned up, I paid, and he left in under an hour. Excellent! Only problem was not with the plumber or the company, it was with the Angie's list coupon. I bought a one hour service coupon and they charged me for 2 hours.

The service provider was prompt, courteous, and polite. The task at hand went without any issues whatsoever. I'm very pleased with the price and time it took their provider to perform the work. I would highly recommend this company. Update: I received an email earlier today from the CDS Plumbing. Stating along the lines of since the drain fix did not require a special drain fix tool, they will send me back a credit of $46.00 which discounted me to the (1) hour charge. All I can say is what a honest company that performed exceptionally well in all areas. Thank you.

The date of service may be wrong, I honestly can't remember when this was done. But the response was next day and prompt, as scheduled. The installation went flawless and was prfessionaly done.

Service tech did a good on drains but refused to assist with removing hoses on wash machine because it wasn't part of the Angie's List drain clean package. I had called the service in advance to ask is they could help do this as well as I didn't have the tool to do it myself and it shouldn't take five minutes, if even that. The woman who scheduled the appointment said no problem as it is an extremely simple job. The tech however said he could not because he can only do the work authorized in the Angie's List package. Ok....I understand, but I paid $135 to have four drains unclogged and it didn't take 30 minutes to do so.....I don't think it was unreasonable to ask for help removing the old hose off my washer, especially since the receptionist said they could include it. The tech didn't even offer to make a phone call to verify that this promise was made to me. For the price paid, a few turns of a wrench on an old hose wasn't an unreasonable request. It's small acts like this that differentiate good business from GREAT businesses.

Fine. He saw the task, went to his truck to get the correct tools and equipment. came back, did the job with all the equipment per-preped and easily fixed it

I was impressed that after I explained what I wanted he actually sat on the kitchen floor and looked at the task and thought about it before jumping right in. He was efficient and knowledgeable. The price was less than I had expected. Yes - I did use the Angie's List coupon. It was accepted with no questions. All that took just over an hour.

Perfect. Came, sawed off the old pipe and valve, put on a new one, put on the hose bib, and snaked the drain, all in one hour, and charged by the hour. Minimal charge for quality parts. I couldn't be happier, and I NEVER give an A for price, but this time I had to.
