I have had an old Trane for the past four years having AHS come out and do repairs that did nothing.  Do not use AHS warranty company!

I decided to be proactive this winter and shopped around with seven companies.  They all showed on time but only four came back with a proposal.  Brevard Cooling and Heating came back with a great offer and a better warranty.

They replaced all my duct work, my air compressor and inside handling unit.  It appears to be working well but only time will tell.   The job was tough because of a tight attic but the workers were excellent, friendly, clean and most importantly professionals at there jobs.

I highly recommend them.  If there are problems, I see them coming out to make me happy!

They did a good job.  They were through.  The air flow in the house feels a lot better.  They were honest about the age of the unit and not recommending putting too much money into it until we just need a new unit.

The technician was terrific..Explained many things about our system that we did not know..Did a very thorough check on our air exchanger, including vacuuming, and found that our outside unit was very low on refrigerant, which he replaced.. We are very glad that we took advantage of the Angie's list deal, and plan to use this company in the future for all our A/C needs.

First we received no contact from provider. I contacted them after 3 weeks. They sent a serviceman on December 6th. He tried to get us to spend another $650 for additional services. Total of $850. Serviceman said that "Big Deal" purchased service for $199. had no value without additional services. This is a clear example of "Bait and Switch" marketing. I am horrified that Angie's list is promoting this vendor and "Big Deal". I will not do business with this provider under any circumstances.

"Our phone records show on November 21, 2013 (the same day you purchased this Big Deal) we contacted you and left a message. Today's date is December 11th 2013, we went to your house on December 6th 2013. Clearly you did not contact us after three weeks. Our technician explained to you that your ducts actually need an extensive Duct Cleaning, because of how dirty your ducts are. By only Sanitizing and checking your Ducts we would not be correcting the root of your problem. You purchased a complete Duct, Coil, & Blower Sanitizing, Air Flow Check, and Air Duct Inspection. You stated that you thought you were receiving a Full Air Duct Vacuuming & Cleaning, which you should expect to pay anywhere between $600 and $1000 (according to the Better Business Council). You also stated that the $199 had no value without any additional services. Your ducts are beyond sanitizing and need an extensive cleaning. Please re-read the Big Deal and you will see there is a tremendous value. We are a family owned and operated business, with 15 employees. Reviews like this that do not reflect the truth endanger the jobs of the people that depend on us."

Franco was a very professional, uniform very clean and pressed. Was very punctual and called first. Cleaned outside and inside unit, and pan on outside unit. Suggested work that was needed and it appears to be a reasonable price.

Franco showed up on time and got right to work.  Explained in detail what he was doing and what should be done in the future to ensure our a/c unit worked.  He was very professional and knowledgable.
I would definately use this company in the future for a/c work and possibly duct cleaning/sanitizing work.

Called them Friday 11/8/13 in the afternoon, service technician arrived right on time (with phone call 1/2 hour courtesy notice) on Saturday 11/9/13.  After troubleshooting, technician patiently explained and showed me all the issues with my system.  He said if the blower motor assembly was in stock, they'd be back Monday the 11th to complete all work and repairs.  Received phone call Monday morning with scheduled arrival time.  By Monday afternoon, all repairs were complete, and the air conditioning worked better than it ever had since its original install.  The technician even patiently explained the entire problem and solution to my wife and drew her diagrams to make sure she fully understood what we were paying for.  We signed up for their annual service agreement and couldn't be more pleased with the work, the courtesy and professionalism, and the thorough cleanup done by this company.

I am totally satisfied with the service of the old unit and it would have continued if there was not a problem in my home. 
Brevard Heating showed up on a service call and provided the most complete service I ever had from the previous service company.
Price was fair and VERY complete which included all duct inspection and resealing, replacement of unit, replacement of the grill/filter holder assembly, 
Everyone from the initial technician to the crew who did the installation had many years of service and many years with Brevard Heating.  The company has a good understanding that their business is dependent upon customer service AND keeping talented people who can perform that service.
While it is very early with the new unit, I am amazed as to how quiet it is in operation and effective in its cooling.

At 7 am this morning i called and set up appointment for 1- 3pm  as the ac died the night before.  Chad called at 11 am stating he had gotten done early and was wanting to know if he could come by early!! (yeah!!)  This is a big plus number one.  When they took the call as i am a electronics technician i explained that he top compressor fan motor seemed to be burnt out or had lost the bearings.  This was all written down for Chad.  Two minutes to confirm that issue .. less than one hour later he was done.  That is what i call fast and efficient. I also have a back porch and asked him what i might do about replacing an ancient wall unit and he recommended a mini split unit to cool the back porch and even the back room of the house. I will be awaiting the email as he is looking up a decent price.  
Something i was surprised at was all the parts were made in the USA so they cost a bit more but after they were quieter and better i dont care and i am glad.  The house is cooling again and i am a very happy camper now.
