The repair was hassle free, Dominic explained what needed to be repaired. We set the date and all work was completed. Excellent service. If we need roof repairs or new roof in future we are calling Roof Pro. I had 5 different roof companies come out to give est's most didn't even give me the est or even call back and most wanted to see a new roof, rather than repair. Even though Dominic said my roof is fine.

 The owner, Dominick Agostino was very knowledgeable, very professional and responded to every email or call very quickly.

 The workers were professional and courteous. The office staff was very helpful and friendly.

 The job took two and a half months to complete. Not as fast as I would have liked, but we did have some rain to contend with. I believe it could have been finished sooner. They may have been very busy. I did tell them I was more concerned in doing a good job than I was in doing a fast job, and they did a very good job. Good clean up also.

 I would use them again and would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

    

It went well. They performed the repair about a week after the estimate was written. Also gave a 1 year warranty on the work they performed.

Dominick was friendly and informative. His workers were excellent and quiet. Finished the job in perfect timing.

Mike arrived on time, started job immediately, when done left area clean, kept informed, and work was explained, very professional.

They were late arriving due to breakdown in their equpment and they were too busy to keep the appt. day. Price was good work was clean and good. Everything was great except for being over a week late.

We initially received a quote from Roof Pro for roof repairs in June for previous leaks. However, we decided to go with a cheaper company. Big mistake!

I contacted Roof Pro a second time because we were unhappy with the previous roof company. Roof Pro continued to be professional and thorough. Mike and Justin gave us the estimate. They flooded the roof and inspected the attic for leaks. They found 2 areas that were leaking. One area that had supposedly been fixed by another roofing company.

My husband and I were so impressed that we called to schedule the repair the next day. They took pictures of the work the previous company did and we are now in the process of trying to get a refund.

Mike and Justin's work was neat and thorough. They explained what they did and we highly recommend them!

Great - Rep came for the estimate the same day I contacted them and got it scheduled right away.  He came on time and was courteous and efficient.

I called Poof Pros on a Friday. They told me the earliest they could have someone give a estimate would be Tuesday. I told the I would not be available Tuesday or Wednesday so I was scheduled for Thursday morning at 9 am. Dominic showed up on time gave me a written estimate, explained what needed be done. They also gave me a 1 year warranty on workmanship. I asked when he could do the work, He called his office and told me Monday morning. Monday morning came and there was a knock on the door. They repaired the roof, cleaned up and hauled away all the old shingles and rotted wood.

I would definitely use this company again and recommend this company to neighbors.

The company was on time. Did and exemplary job. Fighting the Florida rains, supervisor to crew, they were all very respectful and knowledgeable.

The job was done over 2 days and so far no leaks. The workers were clean and efficient.

Could not have gone better. They fixed the problem and the cause of the problem in an efficient and cost effective manner. They did such a wonderful job, It makes the rest of the fascia look bad.
