I had an emergency on July 4th. I called them at 8:00am, Saturday, July 5th on the cell# that was available on the website. A gentleman answered and was wonderful. Freddie arrived at my home, found the problem, fixed it and was gone by 11:30am that same day. I cannot thank them enough for their wonderful service. They are efficient, clean and so kind. My husband and son were away for the holiday and I was in a panic. They saved a marriage and gave me a little more confidence in myself. The price was very reasonable and I know that if I have any other concerns I will be able to call them. Thank all of you for being there.

I've heard a lot of horror stories about roofers. Landmark was a very pleasant surprise. They didn't want any money until work was done. They showed up the day the permit was issued. They work relentlessly until the job was done. The only thing holding these guys back was the required city inspections. I have a great looking metal roof now. Besides the great work, the Landmark estimate was made hours after I requested it. The rate was unbelievably low - They blew the compettion away with their price. Every aspect of this reroof was superior.
