They installed a new AC unit when ours 11 year old unit needed replacement. We could not be more pleased with their professionalism , promptness, responsiveness and care to all the details. They offered a very attractive package with “12 months same as cash”, extended warranties, and continued product support. Their installation was flawlessly executed — they installed the morning after they came to resolve our AC issues and helped us through the “buy versus repair” decision. Sean, their repair expert, who guided us the day before also served as the install supervisor, putting his personal imprint on the process and providing continuity. Try them out!!

The young man Kenny came to the house and he looked at my a/c. He told me what the problem was, and he began to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable of his work. Well, the a/c was blowing cold air when he left.

Called the number for Cooling Advisors on a scorching hot Friday evening around 8:30 when my AC went out. I was surprised when Rob answered. I had already called 3 other companies and got voice mails even though they claim they are available 24 hrs a day. Rob was excellent! He sent me a text right away and told me upfront he had two other calls and may not get to me until anywhere from 10pm - 12am. He called me back and said he got a cancellation and could come right away. When he arrived, he parked in front of driveway, not in it, presented his business card and introduced himself. He was very thorough and fixed my ac problem very quickly. So happy I called them! Rob was great. He explained what the issue was and what my options were. Very professional and friendly. Thank you so much for coming to my rescue!
