Description of Work: Installed new peel and stick underlayment with duration shingles and did a wonderful job. Would recommend them again and again. Superior company with superior service and execution.

Description of Work: They replaced a roof that was leaking because it has a low pitch and the original contractor used the wrong type of material. They replaced bad wood and did exactly as they proposed. They did find that the eyebrow roof also need work. They contact me, explained the problem, gave me a quote and got my permission before doing the work.

Description of Work: They replaced the facia & Sofffet on the front and right side of my house. They did a great job and went over with me what they would be doing. I am very pleased with their work and I think the cost was reasonable. The guys were very professional and it was easy to discuss my questions with them. Description of Work: Major roof repair to roof in back (almost entire back half of roof). Damage caused by faulty installed pool solar panels (8 panels). Had total of four estimates. Shingle Master was not the most expensive -- although expense was not the governing factor of my choice, doing the job right the first time was. Accompanied George in the attic and on top of roof. He Was clearly the most knowledgeable of all. I had lots of questions -- I did considerable internet research -- he was very kind and really turned me into almost a specialist on ins and outs of products and repair. Have recommended Shingle Masters to several friends to include my next door neighbor who used them as well. He has a large crew and they do not dilly dally -- was shocked how quickly they finished. Professional clean-up as well. Week later George returned for a walk through -- we saw a couple of areas that needed fixed from the original construction (on the front of house) that he said they would fix and missed. Told me they would be back to fix those areas -- a couple of days later a couple of his guys came to complete the job -- was really impressed from start to finish. Most pleased -- will call them when it is time to replace the entire roof. Thank-you so much -- I smile every time is rains thanks to Shingle Masters...

Description of Work: They came out to assess the problem quickly, but then took over a month to actually come back to do the repair.

Description of Work: Replaced entire roof plus over 50 plywood boards. They were very thorough and had it completed and cleaned up in approximately three days. they were courteous and explained everything that was going to be taking place. My plywood decking was in bad shape so it cost more than expected because of the price for 55 boards because of their condition. Overall I was very satisfied.

Description of Work: Prior to selecting them, Shingle Masters supplied addresses of other roofs in the area so we could see the actual colors. The front office was great in this respect. Once the job was agreed upon a straight forward contract was thoroughly explained to us and then signed. Shingle Masters also gave us an option to add additional insulation, same price for standard or upgraded shingles, and took care of all of the paperwork. |Once on the job, they removed and replaced the roofing, making repairs as necessary. All repairs were included in the original estimate, so any additional repairs were on them. This made our decision easier as we had a final price for our roof before the job even started and it differentiated them from the other roofing contractors we spoke with. We had heard horror stories about the lack of cleanup from roofing companies; however, Shingle Masters far exceeded our expectations and did a fantastic job of picking up and taking out the trash. |

Description of Work: Made appointment for contractor to come to my property and estimate a moderate size job, switching a Florida flat roof to a typical singled roof. This would most likely require two new walls to be added for support and while he was here to reshingle another roof. Not to difficult. Have waited almost a month for a reply, no call back, nothing. The only reason I waited so long was the rating Angie's List had given this company, sorry I beg to differ. If they did not want the job the proper business response would be to say so, not just leave me hanging. Update: Ed has since contacted me and it appears that their was an email address error, he was more than willing to correct the mistake and we will go from there. I will update again after bid and/or if work is done.
