Grout Busters was excellent in every category. George was on time, professional and friendly. He gave us the pros and cons of what we wanted to do. He could not guarantee it would solve the problem and actually advised us not to waste our money even though he would lose the business. Who does that? Someone who is honest and values his reputation. He did a temporary fix, in hopes it might work, until we were ready to replace the floor. We cannot say enough good things about George and Grout Busters.

Bill worked like the EverReady Bunny - relentless. However, not being a grout expert, it is hard to rate the cost/value of the effort. The price quoted was met, even a lower than max, but I was really desperate to get the job done so I accepted the quote. And, they did it, in a very timely fashion. Cleanup after completion left a bit to be desired but not terrible. Most importantly, the end desired result was met. UPDATE: 6 Months later, the grout job is still holding water with no leaks and still looks great. Very thorough job.

I had a few cheaper estimates but they didn't come on site and give me examples of what they would do. Grout Busters came and showed me what they would do. He took the extra care in everything. He came out 4 hours before project was finished to help his crew complete it. It impressed me that he took his shoes off to work. Everything done in 1 day. They did not use a machine they were on their hands and knees cleaning, washing, cleaning, washing, and then sealing it. I've already done a recommendation for him!

George was very professional and cared a great deal about the project. He came by to make sure everything was satisfactory after to work was completed. He even went above and beyond and helped me fix a broken toilet! He went well above and beyond when he didn't have to. The work was excellent and now my showers look like brand new! I would recommend him to anyone looking for exemplary work and attention to detail.

excited to be able to praise them for the excellent job they did. What a fine group of workers, and polite owner, (and his son) too. Everyone thinks this is a brand new floor, but it's not, just cleaned. and the 5 year warranty is too goo to be true. I loved them all, from George, to Manny, (the young squared away vet who works for them) and Bill and Will the darling hippy father son team.

March 2017 Hey Fishhawk, Brandon, Riverview and Valrico. I am a Fishhawk resident. I am looking with wide eyes at the remarkable finish done on my tile floors and tiled showers. Never did I expect that my floor tile; which is most of the main living area, could ever look like the day it was installed, but it does! We also had the shower tile re grouted, cleaned and caulked. I cannot say enough about the meticulous job that was done , the professionalism of the staff and the courteous customer service. Well spent money in my opinion. I am very pleased with the workmanship and attention to detail that George and his crew provided. Billy was able to remove several tiles that had cracked and cut some odd shaped tiles professionally to get the floor looking like new again. Each member of the team had specific parts of the job that they handled, so they arrived at different times. George always made sure I was aware of what they were doing and what was happening next. I would recommend considering this family based business if you need tile cleaning, coloring, resealing or repair work.
