+ 1 moreIt went pretty well. They furnished a rental car because it took longer than expected. The staff was always very kind and professional. They were available at all times. We have recommended highly to friends and family.

+ -1 moreI called Monday morning, spoke with Matt Hayes, the service supervisor, who was very pleasant. He advised me that that there were some cars ahead of mine that needed service but that my car would be looked at as soon as possible. I stated that that would be fine. Tuesday I called to see if my car had been looked at yet. To my pleasant surprise, he told me they had sent me 2 emails, one the day before with the results of the diagnostics run on my car, and one early that morning with the estimate of the work needed done. He found things I had paid the NJ mechanic to correct that hadn't been done, e.g., wheel alignment, rear brake adjustment, brake system flush service. He explained it all to me over the phone, and I authorized the necessary work to be done. Wednesday morning, Matt called me to say my car was ready and sent a courtesy car to take me to the repair center. The bill was a bit more than I had on one card, so he let me pay it in cash and on 2 credit cards. I appreciated that courtesy! Then, this morning I received a call from Debbie, asking if my car was running to my satisfaction and if there was anything else they could do for me. I told her my car was running beautifully and thanked her for the courtesy of the follow-up call. That's the first time in my life a service center has ever called me to find out if I was happy with the service provided!! THEY'RE GREAT: I will never trust my car to anyone else, no matter how many more cars I ever own and will tell everyone I know about how great they are!!
Description of Work: I had just moved to Florida on 07/19/2017. My car wouldn't start no matter how many ways I tried to restart it. I had it towed Friday night, 07/28/2017, to Christian Brothers Automotive because it was a AAA-approved repair center. Once there, I completed the keys submission envelope, explaining the problem. While I was at it, I asked to check the ball joints because my mechanic in NJ had mentioned that they might have to be replaced.

+ -1 moreAll professional. They do a lot of courtesy things like they will pick you up and drive you to your home if they're working on your car and that sort of thing.
Description of Work: I don't know anything from tune up, brakes.

Description of Work: Christian Brorthers sticks with their comitment to get your car fixed no matter how complex the issue is. In addition, you don't get any indication that they are anything but "straight shooters" and honest in everything they state! This is really important when you are getting your car fixed.
