The whole group of people from the owner down to the roofers were excellent to work with. Recommended to two friends who had their roofs repaired as well two years after mine. They couldn't be happier either. My roof and my neighbors roof done by Affinity was spot on for hurricane Ian. I did lose a very small group of ridge shingles that were replaced and repaired almost immediately! Neighbors didn't even lose one shingle. Excellent, excellent!!

Dave was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He came out and explained things to me in terms that were easy to understand and was with me every step of the way. Which was important to me as it was a long process due to insurance pushing back. Dave and his team worked hard to show and prove to the insurance that a replacement was needed. Not once did I feel taken advantage of by Dave or the company. They truly had my best interests in mind. Especially when it came to assuring me that throughout this whole process, I would only be responsible for my deductible. During this process we were hit with another pretty bad windstorm out of no where. I was able to see some shingles come off my roof because of the storm. When it was over, Dave came out to make sure that there was no additional damage due to that & that we were safe in our home with the roof the way it was while waiting for insurance to approve the replacement. When the replacement was approved the process was extremely quick. Within a few days the truck was here to load the shingles on the roof and the next day, his roofing crew was here and got to work. They were able to finish the job in 3 days and also took their time after the work & cleanup were finished to check my yard for any stray nails that may have been missed or made it's way into my yard. I really appreciated the fact that they went over my yard quite a few times so that my kids and my dog did not run the risk of stepping on a nail while outside playing or being outside in general. Dave also continues to keep in touch with me, reaching out to make sure everything is still okay with the roof & that I am satisfied with everything which I absolutely am. I would highly recommend this company and reaching out to Dave R. for all of your needs when it comes to any type of repair or replacement for your roof. You will not be disappointed with their service & their workmanship. I'd put my name on the line as I have the utmost confidence in Dave & his company.

The Crew was very helpful and very knowledgeable and they were very nice. They did a tear off and replacement of my entire roof. Alex was very helpful in communication with everyone involved and made sure all of my concerns were addressed. It was a very pleasant exlperience
