It was so full of oil from the ruptured oil filter and we tried to save it. We installed your parts as you requested and we just tried to make you aware of the problems we had found in your brakes system. In fact the brakes were in such bad condition that they were UNSAFE, and the vehicle had no brake lights flashers or tail lights. I thought that the fact that I towed the vehicle back to your home at no cost to you was an indication of just how UNSAFE your vehicle was. I am deeply sorry that you were not happy with us and I hope that you find a repair facility more to your liking. Gregg Marrapodi"

It's hard to look like the big guys when your in a 2 bay gas station built in 1949, but we have the highest grade of computer diagnostics and data bases for accurate and complete repairs. Unfortunately having access to multiple data bases is becoming more costly thus forcing us to charge a little more. But fixing it the first time is always cheaper than fixing it 2 or 3 times. We installed spark plugs and a fuel filter in July, had quoted you a price of $344.00 which you accepted and delivered the vehicle. One month later you asked us for a quote on 7 coils, we quoted you Motorcraft coils, installed with an 18,000mile and 18month Nationwide warranty and a 6month 6000mile extension to us which adds up to 24,000miles and 24 months. You said that you would have your friend do it and we agreed. We didn't charge you for anything, I believe that we were professional and quoted you a fair price and a spectacular warranty. Now you have written our review confusing the 2 incidents and I feel that it is misconstruing the information. We have not been winners of the Best in Charlotte County for10 years and best in county by Florida Weekly by being unprofessional."
