He installed incorrectly. Kinked and did not properly install a fuel hose. To this day I have a dangerous fuel leak. Recommends work that does not need to be done. Very expensive.

Overcharges for parts. Recommended work that I 100% KNOW my car did not need. He does do good work but. I would never go back.

Not the cheapest but do quality work. They have always given me good advice. warned me two years ago that the compressor was going and they were right. The new A/C works great and the brake rattle is gone. Highly recommend.

Kudos to Greggs for being honest with us and for suggesting checking for leaks to see if there was a problem, and understanding what might be causing the problem. They recharged the air conditioning, installed leak detector dye. It works fine so far. As a result, before starting to "make repairs" (and charging us) for something that might not be a problem, they took a first step of trying to identify the problem. This was excellent customer service! This is a classic car and Greggs handle the situation and the repair very well. We are very satisfied and will return to them when we do need any repair work. The folks that we dealt with were very friendly, communicated the issues very well and did a professional job.

Had a check engine light. They diagnosed the problem & ordered the part. The first one that came in was defective. Reordered a new one & that one was installed & solved the issue. They have a convenient location in P**** Gorda.

It went fine. Busy place, but Gregg and his staff make everey effort to give their customers excellent service and advice.

They were very professional and did all the work promptly. From the office to the mechanic the personnel were all friendly & easy to work with. We were very please with the outcome. My husband has a background in automotive repairs & maintenance and he is always skeptical when choosing who will work on our cars. We have found our shop!

We chose not to let this repair shop do the work because we don't want to leave our vehicles outside overnight in a city. When we called for an appointment we said we'd accept any opening the repair shop wanted us to come. We feel Greggs should not make an appointment to fix (or even give an estimate of work) unless the vehicle can be seen within that day! The BMW? Greggs people never phoned us to tell us what was what with our car. We went to Greggs to retrieve our car and took it to a BMW dealer many miles away for the safety check.

A good job done by good people. I will return when more auto service is needed.

I brought in my van for an oil and filter change. It was a busy place. They wrote down my instructions and when the work was finished I had a complete 3 page written list of all the parts they used, the labor involved, but more importantly and vital to me as a lady was the details on what was needed. For example, my transmission fluid and filter need to be changed at this time in my van's life, the radiator hoses are worn and need to be replaced when a radiator flush is done, and my battery has a post that is loose so that needs to be replaced, and the brake rotors have just 2 mm left on them so the brakes need to be done. I found this detailed list valuable when I see my favorite mechanic in North Carolina (I'm just visiting Florida). I highly recommend this place.

Gregg's was actually recommended to my by the service manager of another auto dealership in town. From the street, the place looks a little "sketchy", but the referral made me go ahead with the repair there.The made an appointment to look at the car, called me with an estimate, ordered the part, and com pleater the repair hours earlier than promissed .

Replaced all in very timely manner with extreme professionalism and courtesy. Also provided transportation and from my home since the repair was to take several hours. Highly recommend.

These guys were awesome! They fixed everything on my husbands truck and didn't over charge. They were thourgh and very professional. The work was done when they said it would be and they even picked me up at my home to get the truck. They even gave me a carnation! I would use these guys everytime I need a repair. They're really good! I don't go to anybody else. I mean, if I don't like them, I won't go back. Their service price is amazing! I was just desperate in the past, and they helped me out. It wasn't anything as big as they thought, but it was a big thing for me. They're another bunch of very nice people. They do a good work!

They did very well. They took the car in at 9.00-10.00 am, I got estimate in the afternoon and car was ready at noon the next day.
