Spending $550 is never enjoyable, but I believe they are honest and that can be difficult to find in auto repair shops. I will continue to take my vehicles there.

I have used this Goff's auto repair facility three times and three times I have been very pleased with the work, price and punctuality. Mr. Goff and Mr. Welby are experienced auto repair professionals. I initially found them from Angie's list. I highly recommend them.

They did the repair and the price was very good and we have not had any problems since.

I noticed puddling on my garage floor in the evening, which explain very minor water loses. I phoned Marsh Goff (I found him here) in the morning and took the Jeep to his shop in mid morning (luckily the leak seemed to have stopped when the motor warmed) He took into the shop almost immediatley, even though they were already busy. He managed to get the pump, filters, and seal and complete work before the end of the day. I was very pleased and the owner is pleasant, knowledegable and helpful. He used all new, original equipment, Mopar parts so hoses fit exactly as when they built it in Toledo. I'll certainly go back there next time.

Garage was busy but Goff's managed to deliver on time. They forgot to add windshield wiper fluid and forgot to write down when next oil change needed to happen. They also did not find that inside switches to adjust review mirror did not work. They didn't find that inside lights remained on after door was slammed shut. But the following Monday owner asked to take another look at the car and fixed what they overlooked.

It went very well. I dropped my car off, explained the problem. I was treated very well and my car was ready at 5pm. I did not even have an appointment. My regular garage (Dr D's) said I needed a whole new comp. Goffs examination said the comp. was good and I needed to have a new clutch. One was ordered and installed AC works fine.

They are very reliable, thoughtful, polite and professional. We've never had any problems with the work they have done. Their pricing is competitive. We will continue to use them for future service.
