All-Around Handyman Service

David was very easy to work with, he always returned my phone calls and messages promptly when we were scheduling the day for him to come and do the work. Today he showed up on time and was very pleasant and went to work right away with the project I had, I had to go to work but my husband was here with him, he said he did the work in the time we had agreed upon and that the amount for the materials he had quoted was actually a little less than expected. When I got home I was very happy with the work the did replacing the wood on the bottom of the cabinet, he also left everything very clean all I have to do is a very light vacuuming inside the cabinet to get the fine dust so that I can put the new liner in the cabinets. My husband was very happy the work got done and he was not the one who did it!! Will definitely use him again in the future

David was quick and professional. He had all the right tools and equipment and quickly understood what to do to complete each task. I did in fact run out of work for him, but we were able to discuss next projects. I look forward to having him back in the near future.

Dave spent alot of time with us to determine exactly what we wanted done and prepared a written estimate that was very fair. The first job he tackled was the rotting porch soffit and drain. Once he had it pulled apart, Dave explained to us that more materials and time would be needed to correct it property. Dave kept working along at it and did a great job. For the painting project, he spent one day power washing the house. Various holes from woodpeckers and bees were filled. Painting progressed well over a few weeks and he even suggested that we put a second coat on the side that had the most wear. Overall, the project went very well and Dave was very professional and kept us up to date on what he was doing, when he was going to be at the house. We were happy that he did not seem to be in a rush and was taking his time to do a thorough job. We would certainly recommend All Around Handyman for carpentry and painting projects.

Excellent, neat job in two closets

Ideal service — highly professional job that conformed to the estimate in time, cost and results. When there were options to consider and I asked the handyman to suggest an approach, his judgment was excellent. The work was careful and neat and the price was quite fair — I would describe it as premium work at a non-premium price. We are already discussing future projects.

When we purchased the cabin it was completely unfinished inside. Here is the part that I'm not sure Dave would like me to repeat from earlier. Dave lived at the cabin while he finished it often working late into the night. There we some interior walls framed out and the electrical and plumbing was mostly in-tact. Dave started in March with drywall and then moved onto the tongue and groove ceiling. He kept us apprised of the progress in between our trips to the cabin by sending us photos. The cabin really began to come together. He was able to get us deep discounts on our materials through the use of multiple vendors. Kitchen Cabinets were assembled and then subfloors and floors started to go in. He worked around our delivery schedules on appliances, lumber and loan inspections. His work upstairs was so good we decided to hire him to finish the basement just months later. Dave has an exceptional work ethic and is a man of his word. we had overages and actually discounts associated with work change orders and we always fair and just. The Cabin, now finished is an amazing place to get away. It has come together thanks to Dave Cunningham of All-Around handy Man Service. Very professional and punctual man. However, stain was applied to deck with a synthetic brush and application was uneven. After several days, I reapplied another coat of stain to the deck and stairs with a roller appropriate for deck stain application. Latch set on storm door did not work properly, David Cunningham returned to repair same at no cost to me. Mr. Cunningham was unable to clean the rear gutters of the house as contracted for as he was not comfortable with the height. A price reduction was not made. As Mr. Cunningham was easy to work with, I would consider using his services again.

David was on time for his appointments, gave accurate estimates, and had excellent communication. He completed the job in a timely manner and was professional at all times. I would recommend him highly for future jobs.

It didn't turn out what I've expected. I needed my front door resealed and it wasn't done...I have to end up redoing it. I will not use them again. He was a nice gentleman, very respectful and kind but I wasn't just thrilled with a couple of things. He is fine professional and a nice man but I saw some couple of things and didn't call him back.

I was very satisfied. He came when he said he would, and he was personable and knowledgeable. On top of that, I didn't feel like he was going to take advantage of me, and he fixed what he said would.

The fireplace look amazing as does the job in the kitchen

I am very happy. They were very efficient and did a great job.

He's fixed and replaced locks in our house, installed a motion light in our driveway, in our store he will be repairing some leak and mold damage and has sealed many air leaks that saved money in heating costs. In the condo we own, he repaired some damage to a neighbor caused by a leak in our unit. There have been numerous repairs and installations and we will not hesitate to call David on a continuing basis for all of our "handyman" needs as his skills really go beyond handyman. Eventually we plan to redo a bathroom in our home and David will definitely be called to do that also.

All-Around Handyman Service is a one stop shop. They are connected with other companies who do jobs together. They are a consortium of people. For instance, if you need plumbing or electrical, they recommend people once you contact them. The price was completely fair and the company is fairly good. They were punctual and professional. I would say it's probably based upon how they respond because they give you space to make your decision so I would use them if this job went well. They work out what you want back and fourth. All-Around Handyman Service doesn't come in and dictate to you and are flexible in adjusting to what you want.

We decided to have ceramic tile installed in our kitchen. We called David and after he looked over the floor(which currently had vinyl flooring) he explained that we would first need to have sub-flooring installed to support the ceramic tile or the tile would eventually crack. He provided a written estimate for installing the sub-flooring and ceramic tile. The ceramic tile was a special order so we had David meet us at the tile store so we were certain that we ordered the right amount to get the job done. While we were at the tile store we found a beautiful tile backsplash that we knew would look great in our kitchen. The tile backsplash was made up of very small tiles that were all mounted on a mesh. David said that he could install any type of tile. So we had him add that to the job. The job was completed on time and was with a high caliber of workmanship from start to finish. David was very courteous, flexible and communicative and out performed any company that we had dealt with in the past.

We have a very contemporary house with certain peaks that are quite high. The facia boards that are located just under the roof line were very old and needed to be replaced. Since David had done two other jobs for us we called to see if this is something he could do and we were very happy when he said yes. He came to our house and showed us pictures of some before and after projects that involved replacing facia boards that he had completed. We were very happy with what we saw and asked for an estimate. He explained to us that he will need to add into the price the fact that on the two very high parts of the house he will need to rent a lift to get him up there since a ladder was not going to do the trick. He had the work done in a timely manner and I can't believe that by replacing the facia boards and applying a fresh coat of paint on the new boards what a difference the outside of the house looks. David, the owner of All Around Handyman Service, is very reliable .He is trustworthy, and always finishes his work in a timely manner. The house looks great. I would hire him again, and recommend him to all my friends.

Over the years I have always been reluctant to make a review on any company, but I can honestly recommend and put my seal of approval on the following company. All Around Handyman Service. We needed wood flooring installed in not only all of our bedrooms but the downstairs living and family room as well. David who is the owner and operator, met us to go over the project. He provided everything from the estimate, helping us order the material and installation. We did have a deadline to meet because we had family coming in from out of the country. David made sure the project was complete by that deadline and the floor looks amazing. I have alot of other work that needs to be done around my house and will be calling David in the future.

David Cunningham, owner of All Around Handyman Service LLC, did a wonderful job on all the various jobs I gave him. He called me back promptly, was very professional in our conversation, came promptly and gave a free estimate. He was very responsive in giving me times he would be available for the job and showed up exactly when he said he would. When I needed one of the projects done earlier than he thought he could get to it, he went out of his way to see it got done when I needed it. All the projects were done well and thoroughly. He was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely use him again.

Everything worked great. After the plumbing leak was fixed, there was a big hole in the kitchen ceiling. Dave came and looked over the work, then gave me an estimate for the entire job, rather than an hourly rate. He replaced the drywall and came each morning for two days to sand it. Once it was properly finished, he bought the paint, taped the edges, and primed and painted the ceiling. He knew what he was doing, was friendly and professional, prompt and reliable, and finished on time for a reasonable price. He also was helpful and did a few extra small things in the house while he was there. I was concerned about getting it done quickly since I was planning a trip and he made sure to fit into my schedule. I would definitely call him again - he's now my go-to man for household problems!

He has been very efficient in his work to date. He arrives on time,does his work, and always leaves- A clean work area. All his services to date have been satisfactory. He gives a quote and completes the work as described in the quote. His prices seem fair to me. His carpentry skills seem good as do all his other handyman services. I would strongly recommend him to all my friends and neighbors.his services included painting,hanging Sheetrock and finishing same with grouting and painting. Included minor electrical work and an assortment of small home repairs over the past six months

David works hard and seems to be very efficient, partly due to good time management skills but also due to a high level of experience and talent. I appreciated him "seeing" things I didn't have on my list, such as hanging a fire extinquisher. I had asked if he knew whether fire extinguishers could be refurbished even as I had a new one, already surmising that a new one would be a more sensible choice. He arrived upon a clever fix to straighten a tree that had been damaged in a storm. He trimmed another tree beautifully. I worked with him a bit until I could know that he had a good asthetic sense of the tree. He also volunteers pointers for home upkeep, products that work, etc--advice that is much appreciated. David is smart, committed to getting a project done "right" and as efficiently as possible, and couldn't be more pleasant.
