This 'coming out of the track' problem has been on-going for a year or so.  The company who installed it in 2006 (from Sarasota) is no longer in business.  Having used Active previously and being happy with their work, I called them.  My call was made in the morning; the service gentleman was here in the early afternoon.  The repair took about 1/2 hour.  All is well.
