Installed on the date they and I had agreed on.  Done in about 4 hours and the work was excellent and the screen works excellent.  I had several quotes.  They had the best price and best variety of screen colors.

Installation of the decorative glass panel into my existing front door took about 45 minutes and looked very nice. A little paint on my part and the front door now looks brand new and really brightens up my entryway. The side light panel required some customization to fit properly but that was brought to my attention by the salesman in advance, so no surprises there. The worker did a great job fitting the side light glass panel which looks great. It took a few hours so I know it was a challenge. But the work he did was top notch and it came out looking great. The replacement of my front screen door was pretty straight forward and I was happy with the detail the installer provided in squaring up the door etc!  The prices were right in line with other estimates that I received but I wanted to go with someone local to my area. I have no regrets with my choice here and would recommend to others.

I previously had a very bad experience with another company where they took my money and went bankrupt. Active Door & Window really went out of their way to ensure to make me confident that once the work was contracted and ordered, that I wouldn’t have to worry about the work being delivered. After ordering the windows, they arrived within about six weeks. They completed the installation all in one day. They cleaned up well after completion. Everything came out very good.

On time, did the work and cleaned up when the job was done.

It went very well. They did a great job. They came when they said they would. They got the job done on time.

All in all it went well, the window finally did get installed and the job was done right however their supplier was something of concern and was essentially untimely and non responsive.

They came out to measure and explained my options. They explained the schedule and were on time and friendly, courteous, and professional.

Moved into home during torrential rains.  Found water flooding office from pool deck.  Called this company and they arrived next day to complete job.  Very nice, professional men.  Door slides much smoother and with less force.

We contacted Active just before we left last year , so work was done after we'd gone. They kept us updated on their progress and now, after seeing their work, we are very pleased. --Excellent company to work with !

One technician came out to do the work and he completed the service in one day. We went to their store to pick out what we wanted. We were going out of town, they came over right away to take measurements and order the product. They were great to work with and very accommodating.

All work done by this company is efficient, clean and courteous workers as well.
In the past they have also done windows and hurricane shutters.  All done well.

Perfect.  Crew came on time, worked professionally, cleaned up after the job.  All work passed County Building Inspection first time.

Estimate and installation date went well.  Installation day was good.  However some things weren't explained to us as well as I would have liked.  Therefore, when the inspector came we had to take molding off tops of windows so he could check underneath.
When inspector came, he found screws missing and there need to be a picture of the pool door shutters which we didn't have.  Also the window stops weren't all there and the molding coverings for the tops of the windows were missing in two rooms. 
The company scheduled to come back and fix what was wrong, but we had to ask several times for them to put the pool door shutters up completely so we could see how they went up and get the picture.  The missing window stops were replaced, but the two molding strips are still missing.  (Will give them the benefit of the doubt and say those might still show up.)   I would like to be able to come back and change this review when the window moldings do arrive. 
They all seem a little frazzled. Perhaps because of their good prices and what appears to be good quality windows, they may be taking on too much work.
They were very nice people and I hope to complete this review in the future to say that all parts of the job were completed.

Had an excellent experience each and every time I have used them. Would recommend them to others. I had questions about a screen they repaired for me on my sliding glass door over a year ago and they called in to the office, and were told to bring it back to look at the problem.

They fixed it instantaneously.  We’re assuming our hurricane shutters will work; thankfully we haven’t had to use them.  One of the reasons I use Active is because the man who owns it lives across the street from me.

They're a good size business here in town.  They were excellent.  I don't often do this.  They were excellent and the price was the fairest of all.  I would use them again in the future.
