Paul and Angel are both very professional and courtious. They get the job done quickly, and are dedicated to helping thier customer resolve thier problem. They explained what they were doing and why as they were testing, then explained the process of cleanup if that is what is required. In my case, there is remediation to be done. They explained this step by step in terms I could easily understand. I will be having them do the work of ridding my home of the mold the builder allowed to form while he was constructing my house. My thanks to Servicemagic for providing me with a reliable contractor, and of course, thanks to Paul and Angel.
