Everything we contracted for was done and a substantial deduction was given for being an Angie's List member. When we didn't like the darker color of a cabinet door, another door was ordered and just installed because it was the right shade. I am very satisfied.

My husband found the outside pipe line leaking as he was driving in. We tried fixing it ourselves and realized we needed professional help. I found Dan on Angie's List and my husband gave him a call. He said he was busy that evening but still made the time to come over can check on it for us. He worked on it for quite a while, trying to temporarily fix it till he could get the materials needed to change it. Upon his word, he was here the next morning to change the pipes and fixtures. He accepted a check as payment and further more, allowed us to pay him in two installments. We really appreciated that. Dan was very pleasant and friendly. His work is professional and clean and we will definitely use him again in the future.

Once Dan arrived, we realized the fan rod needed to be shortened before we could install. Dan went out of his way to fix it. I highly recommend Dan.

Dan works hard and completes what he says he will do. He arrives when he has said that he will and does good work. We will continue to use him.

It went great! He arrived on time and with all the proper equipment. He unhooked the washer and dryer and used an appliance dolly to move them out of the way so that he could rip some existing tile out and then install new tile. Dan worked quietly, and did a real nice job. He also stayed true to our agreed upon estimate, even though he did go over as far as time, even though he does charge hourly.

Took the time to insure the chandelier light was the correct height and removed excess chains. Made sure everything was clean and tidy after completion! Would definitely use again!

The job was fantastic. I called a number of "handymen" and Rand D was hands down the best value. They were friendly, responsive, came out to do an estimate immediately. Dan was a very nice man, and never once did I feel I was being taken or overcharge or taken advantage of. The work was top quality work and I absolutely will be using them again. I have also referred him to a few of my neighbors, and this company will definitely have my top-of-mind word of mouth referrals to any friends or family!

We had kitchen cabinets put in, and he worked on those. We had kitchen countertops done - he didn’t do that but supervised the work. He did ceramic tile work and also did the floor. I had all the carpets ripped up and tiles put down on the floors. He painted the entire house inside. He did all of the “punch” things that the inspector who came out to inspect the house found that were wrong. He put in two new toilets and changed all of the faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen. He also did electrical work and a lot of handyman services. He did an excellent job. It worked out very good for us. He is very good at everything he does. If he can’t do it, he can get someone who can. He is always punctual and very trustworthy. I gave him the key to the house and he just worked. I would rate him highly and would use him in the future if necessary.

From the 1st meeting Dan was friendly, helpful and informative. We had originally called him to install ceiling fans. Looking at the job he was willing to tell us that the installation was more involved then he was comfortable with, but that he could refer us to an electrician. During our conversation we talked about other work we wanted done and we moved on with the additional projects. For some of the painting he brought in 2 helpers. Everyone involved provided quality service. The work on the powder room was also very well done. We think the cat was happy with the litter box arrangement, but who can really tell what they are thinking. We have additional work of this type we plan to do later in the year and Dan will be the one we call.

It was excellent, Dan was a clean cut, honest man. he said he wouldn't charge if he couldn't do the job. He came out for an estimate. he had to come back the next to day to fix it but he did. everything was first class, top notch.

Overall, we found Mr. May's work to be *excellent.* We initially had some challenges getting the work actually scheduled. However, once it was scheduled, he showed up on time, he did the work - very well, and he did it professionally. He did not leave a mess anywhere - and, the best thing is: every single thing WORKS and works well. We are retaining his services again for additional work! Highly recommended.
