PWP

Absolutely horrible! This provider PWP set up appointments and does multiple no calls, no shows. His response rate is beyond poor. He picked up our furniture back in September with an anticipated delivery time of a week. We are now in November and he still has our furniture. In between this timeframe we have had over 7 unsuccessful scheduled deliveries. The last communication on 10/24/2024 was explaining that he indeed did not finish the work. Setting up multiple appointments prior to job completion and having us wait knowing that it is incomplete is reckless and is not good business practice! He has broken our trust and this will never be repaired. We just want our completed property back.
