If I could rate them 6 stars I would! Rafael and his team was amazing to work with and their pricing was reasonable. We had a lot of questions about what kind of options in terms of flooring and he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain pros and cons. Hire them and you wonâ  t be sorry.

I ve tiled a house before and wasn t willing to do it again. Raphael showed up next day, quoted the job and promised a prompt start and finish. He delivered! His guys were friendly and they had pride in their work. The process was smooth and I would use him again.

My husband and I hired Biasi Tile & Marble to install tile floors in 3 bedrooms, 2 closets, 1 bathroom and our Florida room. I knew from the initial meeting that this was the company for me. Rafael's business manner was wonderful. He measured the house, we chatted for a bit, he explained how things would be done and gave me a quote before he left. When his crew arrived they we friendly, courteous, hard working and cleaned up every day before they left. When I asked what language they were speaking I was told Portuguese. From then on communication was easy. If I had a question I could use Google translate. I would type in my question, pass over the phone and ge would type in the answer. Would I hire them again? In a heartbeat. A superb job done by an excellent company!

When my master bath had damage from a water leak, I wanted answers fast about how much it was going to cost me. Rafeal called me right away after I did the HA request. He came to my house within an hour. He was pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable. I had other contractors come out before Rafeal, and they never gave me any input or suggestions. Rafeal assessed the damage and made suggestions on what would look nice in the room. He told me about rectified and non rectified tile. I had never heard of such a thing, but what a difference it makes. The other contractors just took measurements and left. Rafeal stayed for almost an hour while I explained different ideas I had and he gave me valuable feedback. When I received his proposal, he was very reasonable. Besides the shower tile work, I also had tile floors put in where the laminate was damaged. Rafeal suggested changing our the baseboards. Great idea. It didn’t add much to the cost and they look beautiful. After we agreed on a price Rafeal brought his crew up and the started immediately. They helped me move furniture out of the bedroom, and taped down brown paper over the walkways to the bedroom to avoid dirt and dust as best they could. Everyone of the crew were polite, honest, hard working, accommodating and cleaned up every evening before they left. If they said they would be back at 8:00 AM, they would be there on time, smiling and ready to go to work immediately. It can be awkward having strangers in your home, but after a few days, it was like my friends were coming over. A few of Rafeal’s team members need a special thanks and recognition. Luciano, paint and drywall. Luciano was extremely accommodating to my requests and he took time to explain why he was doing something a certain way. He volunteered to help me carry items and assist with minor details like taking down the blinds and removing the bathroom mirror. His drywall work is impeccable. Very neat and professional painter. Thank you! Juan, shower tile Installer. Juan walked into a big mess in the bathroom, rebuilt the walls and shower nitch beautifully. His tile installation is second to none. Later in the week, my plumber committed on the tile installation. He said, “Whoever did your tile did a beautiful job”. Thank you Juan! Jesus did an amazing job taking up the tile in the bathroom and laying the tile floors down in the bathroom and master bedroom . I have already recommended Rafeal and his crew to a neighbor. I have additional projects to do in the future and what a relief to know that when I am ready, all I have to do is call Rafeal. I would and will call Rafeal from Biasi Tile & Marble for any future remodeling that needs to be completed at my house. Thank you all very much!! Nancy McNaly

I would hire Biasi Tile & Marble again in a heartbeat. Rafael, Luciano, and their helper was EXCELLENT, their work was swift, extremely efficient, and affordable. These guys know what they're doing and I could tell they were eager to answer any questions I had. I hope to work with them again, as I know they will do a stellar job. Love this company, love it.

The Biasi team worked extremely well together. They are very accommodating and handled any issues that came up. My floors look amazing!! They also did my painting and replaced door frames and baseboards. One stop shopping with the Biasi team!.

A four day job turned into 19 days. Most of the shower tile was installed and not flat using 75 square feet of tile with miss cuts to cover 35 square feet. It than had to be removed and redone. Once it was completed 5 days later it was determined that they had installed the wrong trim around the shower. They returned a week later to ripe out the trim and redo it. Juan was the final installer - he was very professional and did a marvelous job. With the length of time it took to complete it has put all other items behind in the bathroom.

Rafael & his Team were wonderful and did a great job! They were very courteous & cleaned up after themselves. We hired them to install tile in our entire house and the tile looks awesome. We ended up hiring them to replace our baseboards & paint the inside & outside of our house too. I highly recommend them!
