We couldn't be happier with this contractor. I've been meaning to write a review for a while, but better late than never! We found Arroyo Enterprises as a registered contractor through PACE (Property Assesed Clean Energy Program), in Dec 2018 they installed impact windows, garage door and doors throughout our house and it turned out great. In Oct 2019 they also installed impact windows and doors in my mother-in-laws property, and we did not hesitate on who to call when it came to needing impact windows a second time. They also do all types of contracting and all season sun rooms, you can call them for whatever you may need. Apart from being honest, reliable, friendly and great to deal with, they also do a a great job with installations and keep the areas clean. The whole team is great, the owner Fabian and his son Johnathan do a lot of the work themselves, and Michael deals with the customer service and communicating and I've never experienced better customer service elsewhere (especially not from a contractor).

I hired these guys over 4 months ago and they still haven't started the project. They had someone pull concrete to the level of my home and that's it! They said it should take 30 days for the engineer to draw up plans and 60 days 4 permits. It's now 4 months and all i keep getting is the run around. Still no start date! They left a screws sticking out of the counrete and they started over 10 before then and it still the same way causing an trip hazard at my home. The only reason we haven't canceled the project is because we have already hired them and we would have to start from scratch all over again. I have already paid them 10%. I'm only giving them an .5 rating because that's the lowest rating i could give. I"M VERY UNHAPPY.

"This project has always been kept within the time frame given, and was agreed upon with the signed contract. We have been met with hostility since this customer believes we could be working at a faster pace. What this customer repeatedly fails to understand is that we will not rush a job. We pride ourselves on outstanding workmanship, and rushing a job does not produce that. We also can not control the other companies that are working on this project. During this project we encountered Hurricane Irma. We secured this project and made it as safe as possible. We did lose a few days since most of our area was out of power.. Surprisingly, this as well was an issue for her. and even with this delay we were still within the time frame. As for the "trip hazard" left behind, these were J-bolts that were needing to be exposed for the inspection. This customer refused to walk her dogs through any other exit since this was "where they were used to defecating." Unfortunately this customer does not care to attempt to understand the workings of a construction site, and although she has a beautiful addition on her house now, she made the entire process difficult."
