"Hello [Member Name Removed]. I am Paul with Versatile Improvements & Remodeling. Who was at your home and did this to you? Are you sure it was my company who did the work? I do not have any records of you or doing any work for you. I would like to help you remedy this situation and if someone is using my name and license to to do such a horrible thing to people I will have them arrested and press charges. Please call me at 772 215 6040. Paul"

"I knew you weren't happy when we told you we wouldn't do the job and I knew this review was coming. Sorry you feel that way. If we see problems that we are not willing to take on or feel comfortable with, we will not do the job. Would you want someone to do work for you who told you the problems that we would run into, attempt it and then possibly make it a worse situation. Could you blame us? I wouldn't expect someone to do something if they were in the same situation. We would have given you a quote if we felt positive on doing the job. Being that the new prehung door was almost over sized for the opening and not much room to properly install the unit and for the new French doors to operate and close properly is the reason why along with other issues that we explained to you. The tolerances were too tight to do a proper install, and should have been measured by the person who was doing the install. There is a reason why the other guy you told me about didn't show up to do the job and most likely its the same reason why we did not want to do it. We also referred you to another company that could possibly help you. I wish you well and good luck on your project."
"Hi [Member Name Removed]. Thank you for the nice review. I am glad we can help you with your home repair needs and we look forward to helping you and your neighbors in the future. Paul."
"I was sitting right next to the person who was talking with you. He was not rude at all. He was trying to explain to you the very possible reason why you are having an issue. That reason being all the recent rain we have been getting and that the fact that you are on a septic tank. The drain field and septic tank is most likely full. We have seen this issue quite a few times. We would have come out to look at it for you even though you are out of the 1 year guarantee on labor but you got rude and hung up before we could make an appointment with you. I guess the work was fine for over a year until we got massive amounts of rain and that your septic system is full. We stand behind all our work."
"Sorry you feel that way [Member Name Removed]. We always charge for insurance estimates and if people are serious about hiring us for the job it is not an issue since the $150 estimate fee goes toward the repairs so their money is not lost. In the past we have had our fair share of people using our company just to get an estimate and then either hiring someone else, doing it themselves or pocketing the money they get from the insurance company. I had asked you a few times if this estimate was for an insurance company and you told me yes. I can understand you not wanting to pay the fee which indicates to me that you are not serious about hiring us. It takes a lot of time writing an insurance estimate and there are times when we have to meet with the insurance company to go over the estimate to make sure the customer is getting their monies worth. Most insurance companies will pay out much less then what the actual repairs cost which leaves the home owner on the hook to pay the rest. Its more then putting pen to paper. I wish you luck with your repairs."
"Thank you for the nice review [Member Name Removed]. It was a pleasure working with you and your family. We are glad to make your kitchen dreams a reality. We are looking forward to working with you in the future."

"Sorry you feel that way [Member Name Removed] but I was not the one with the attitude. I explained to you the reason why we do not go into a home where a potential customer does not own yet. Many times we have done that and on just about every occasion the people do not buy the home for one reason or another. We have spent many hours with potential customers going over their projects and giving them ideas and writing up estimates only to have them not purchase the house. If you owned the home we would be happy to come by and discuss your projects. Then at least we would have a better chance of doing the job for you. Its just a better business choice. I wish you luck on the purchase of your new house and good luck on your projects."
