In naming the company Versatile Improvements & Remodeling, I wanted to send out the message that we can cover many aspects of the construction trades. We Incorporated in 2001 in Palm Beach county and moved to Port St. Lucie in 2005. Though we can't do it all, we strive to do our best in all that we do. We are committed to making our customers completely satisfied leaving them with no doubt that they have made the right choice for their home repair needs along with a smile on their face. We look forward to adding you to our growing list of satisfied customers. Norm Viale looked at the damaged area, advised replacing a small area of sheetrock rather than just patching, and gave me an estimate. He scheduled the repair a week later. His work was painstaking and expert. After replacing the sheetrock section, he applied a finish matching the rest of the garage ceiling so that the area is ready to paint. I am very pleased with the result.

My husband and i are seniors and find it getting more and more difficult to store, especially Christmas decorations, in the attic. Brian was great. He floored more of the attic and made it so much more accessible for us. We will definitely use this company again.

These gentlemen (Rick and Paul) were the absolute best GCs we have ever worked with. They were prompt, efficient and stuck to their estimate. Their subs were professional and got the work done on time. I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. The quality of the work combined with the responsiveness and genuine caring displayed were amazing. I would recommend this company without hesitation. The the bathroom renovation was completed quickly and the finished product was professional with attention to details. They were able to troubleshoot problems hidden in the wall and worked well with our schedule. They cleaned up the job site every day before they left and throughly cleaned when the job was completed. They had a positive attitude while they worked and were very considerate of my family. I will use them again in the future.

Work was done May 2017. Yesterday we noted a leak in one shower unit. When calling the company, telling the person the situation, the guy was rude, sighing loudly on the phone as if I was a nuisance call. I asked the company to come and look at the leak, he said everything to get out of doing so. 'That guy doesn't work for us anymore, we reported him to the city,' 'We wouldn't touch the main.' 'It's probably the septic, you have to have your septic pumped.' All this from a phone call? Talk about trying to weasel out from standing behind your work! When I finally said, "So your telling me your not going to come look at it" the response I got was 'uh'. These guys do not stand behind their work!

"I was sitting right next to the person who was talking with you. He was not rude at all. He was trying to explain to you the very possible reason why you are having an issue. That reason being all the recent rain we have been getting and that the fact that you are on a septic tank. The drain field and septic tank is most likely full. We have seen this issue quite a few times. We would have come out to look at it for you even though you are out of the 1 year guarantee on labor but you got rude and hung up before we could make an appointment with you. I guess the work was fine for over a year until we got massive amounts of rain and that your septic system is full. We stand behind all our work."

Work performed was excellent & actually exceeded my expectations. Vertical wall studs & additional bracing were installed to ensure a very secure mounting for new large screen TV.

The lighting fixtures were not installed properly by the builder, and one broke away from the wall. Joe was able to come up with a solution to make it secure and reinforced the existing one. The cost was exactly what was quoted.

We were able to stay in the house while under construction. We had very little inconvenience and the work area was cleaned up daily. They were very prompt on daily start times and were usually finished for the day before I got home from work. I felt very comfortable leaving my house unattended while the construction proceeded. In the future, I intend on hiring them for any of my construction needs.

Fabulous guys! I met Rick on a fortuitous day in the electrical aisle at HD in St Lucie West. As I was speaking with the HD staff and sharing my frustration, he overheard the conversation and graciously let me pick his brain. I asked for his business phone# and contact info. After 1 week of poor results with my first Contractor, I called Rick and Paul for help. They were immediately available, and for all intents and purposes came to my rescue! I hired them to inspect the writing that was installed by Gedim Construction Group (Boo..... horrible work!!!!). They were there to correct a 3-way switch, a double switch, install 2 bathroom wall-lights, and to inspect and correct any other issues from Gedim. Not only did they fix what I hired them to do, they also, fixed my Garbage Disposal (which Gedim broke from letting screws and wires fall inside during their "work"), diagnosed a ceiling fan issue left completely unbalanced and wrecked by Gedim (which was actually defective), and also rehung a closet light for me. I feel that I can use them with confidence and will 100% use them again. Nice guys, super professional, and quality work!

Brian installed drywall, painted, did electrical work and laid tiles. For the 3 days he was here, he arrived on time. His work was superior, and it was obvious he was well skilled. He kept us informed on each step of service he was going to perform. He was extremely courteous as well. We will not hesitate to call Versatile again.

Outstanding. You get what you pay for. Rick and Paul stayed on top of everything. No nonsense, straightforward and honest. They were focused on leaving the area to be updated as clean as possible everyday and focused on making sure they kept what they were doing to the area which was being affected. What they said happened and happened exceedingly well. There were some specialty materials we used (CORIAN was used for shower walls instead of traditional tile), they recommended highly competent independent trade companies who have a specific specialty for the product used. The result was a seamless coordination of the trades so the job came out great. We would use Versatile again in a heartbeat. The one word to me which describes them is impressive.
