The other day I received a message from Facebook where they felt there was a problem again.
I called up the office , oh by the way Laura whom answers the phone is highly competent, pleasant and patient as well.
Mike called me back this morning and over the phone worked out the problem again.
Seems Facebook picks up something that looks like a problem
 I should explain that the fee was for the first visit in February and it included better security for my laptop.
I would recommend Computer Geek, Inc highly.

Michael is excellent.  He knows what he's doing, works quickly.  He's honest and trustworthy.

It went very well. He did what we had asked him to do and now it all works.

The next day we had the same issue.  They sent the technician back out a couple of days later.  It made a mess of my computer, ultimately had to go somewhere else. They were nice and professional.

I call Mike the Great and Powerful Wizard of Tech. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Their receptionist, Stacey is both friendly and knowledgable and gave me needed advice and timely updates.Mike was patient and professional. I have never seen such multitasking, so he was VERY efficient. He went above and beyond what I expected. Mike also gave me great advice on which computers I wanted.  I  highly recommend Sungeeks to all categories of users. In addition to the above, he explained many nuances about protecting a computer  and the differences between Mac and Apple devices.   He also without added cost loaded a malaware pargram and a help program affiliated with his service.

Very well.  Good process at laptop check-in.  Was quoted the cost to perform the trouble shooting of the problem.  Cost would be applied to the repair costs once the problem was identified.  Problem identified and the initial cost of the trouble shooting covered the repair of the computer display.  Received a phone call when the laptop was ready for pick up ~3 working days.  Good experience with the staff.  I'm a happy camper.  Will use them in the future.

My husband could not get on AOL so I called and the gentleman called back and instructed my husband on phone then did the fix from his computer, no extra charge and he was very pleasant about the time he spent fixing the problem.

My friend Harold was having problems with his laptop (running slow, white out screen, etc).  On July 2, 2013 we brought his laptop to SunGeek.  After describing the problem to the tech, she outlined the process of diagnosis.  She then went on to say that unfortunately they would be closed until Monday July 8, 2013 so that their staff could have a long July 4th weekend.  Our heart sank with that news.  We had said that we were going to Maine to visit family for a few weeks and really wanted to bring the laptop along with us.  The tech (please forgive me for not recalling names) said that they would look at it and run diagnostic tests and hopefully we could pick it up the next day.  As luck would have it, SunGeek called on Wednesday to inform us that they were having trouble isolating the issue, but it seemed to be pointing to a hard drive issue.  Well, this was not the news we wanted to hear since we were hoping to bring the laptop along on the trip.  Thankfully our SunGeek tech stated that she would work on it over the holiday to try and get it running in time for our departure.  On Friday morning we received a phone call from SunGeek and were told that our laptop was ready and working (although with a new hard drive).  SunGeek told us that we could come to the shop and pick up our laptop (even though they were closed, they opened the store for us.)  While picking up the laptop they carefully outlined what they thought had happened, started the laptop up and showed the new functionality of the laptop.  This business is top notch.  I have not seen customer service such as this in a long time.  SunGeek went above and beyond to meet the needs of their customers.  I will surely continue to use this business and will recommend it very highly to others.

Exceptionally quick response to a call for assistance. Came to house and in a very professional manner set to work fixing issue and servicing computer. Explained every step of the process before proceeding and reviewed steps taken at finish. A recurring printer issue surfaced after they had left, but they provided direct on- line assistance to correct the problem, and were more than willing to spend the time and efforts to ensure things were corrected properly. Cost was more than fair, service personnel professional in all aspects and very patient and knowledgeable. They are now on my "help" hotline for any computer related issues.

My laptop had multiple problems and was not functioning. I was ready to bite the bullet and buy a new one, but they suggested a complete diagnosis and overhaul. They gave me a price beforehand and stuck to that price. The work took a little longer than I thought, but that was because of the multiple problems with the device. They also suggested adding some memory and a new security program, which were reasonably priced. They worked on my laptop until all problems were corrected, and then took the time to walk me through all the changes without rushing me out the door. My laptop literally works better than the day I bought it!

After an initial diagnosis of my computer I was provided with 3 different options of differing prices and effectiveness.  I chose to replace the hard drive with a newer and larger one.  The price was as quoted to me on the telephone.  The work was performed in SunGeek's shop located at 256 SW Port St. Lucie Blvd, PSL, Fl.

I brought the computer in to them and they diagnosed a failed drive. The computer was older and it made no sense to repair it given the prices of computers right now so I trashed it. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. I don't quite understand why they all (the industry) charge so much to diagnose issues. That part of it should be much less, but this shop is very competitive.
