Came to our house to clean the vents because we were getting a smell whenever the A/C was on. They came out to clean the vents, but upon inspection, found out they were clean as a whistle. They sprayed their hospital-grade sanitizer into the vents which helped eliminate the smell. They could have easily charged us double what they did by saying the vents needed to be cleaned as well but they saved us that money. Thanks Stanley Steemer! We will call you in the future for any cleaning needs!

Mark and Eric arrived on time and I met them there at approximately 12:10 pm . The guys were very informative and gave good pointers on its care. We had 3 rooms done for this very light colored carpet and were pleased with it. A good value! Excellent service.

They had one guy cleaning and the other was only trying to sell me extras the whole time he was here. They didn't get stains out that we thought they should have gotten out. We complained, but nothing was ever done about it.

They were fine. They were very pleasant. They did a good job. It was nice. The supervisor came to check on them. It was a perfect job. I would use them again.

The two_person team arrived at the end of a 4_hour window. They upsold enyme treatment and cleaned carpets in 4 rooms. Don't really know what, if anything, the enyme treatment did but the men were polite, efficient and thorough. The extraction was well done and our carpets look as good as they can. Making sure the dirty water is properly extracted is essential for any type of long-term effectiveness and they seem to have done a better job than most with that than many other services.

We were quite satisfied and they did a good job. They did quite well. We used them because we had the feeling they most likely knew what they were doing, particularly with the need to stretch. A number of the standard carpet cleaner guys either don't do it or did not make me comfortable that they knew how to do it. Their price was reasonable. They were more expensive than some of the others, but you get what you pay for so I would say that's okay. They were prompt, showed up when they were supposed to and worked promptly while they were here. Their professionalism was quite good. There were two guys and they worked quite well together. They were careful about what they did not track in and so forth.

I called Stanley Steemer of Melbourne on a Friday asking for service on Saturday. We had a death in the family and multiple relatives were flying into town on Monday. I was originally told the earliest I could receive a cleaning would be Tuesday. After explaining the situation (and a side discussion on their end) they found a way to accommodate our request. The customer service was over the top and they even called the morning of the appointment and they asked if they could come earlier. Stanley Steemer was awesome, they were professional and very accommodating in a tough situation. The rooms came out clean and we are very happy with the results.

I took advantage of the deal on Angie's for a $500 value for $250 for the cleaning and disinfecting of 10 vents. I agreed to pay $35 per vent for the extra 6 vents. When the technicians arrived, they had no knowledge of the $250 I already paid by credit card, causing a lot of confusion regarding the final amount due. However, the technicians were polite and professional and the difficulty was resolved to my satisfaction. As far as the work done, it was excellent. They explained what they were doing and proceeded in a professional and timely fashion and everything was cleaned up at the conclusion of the service. They were also very personable and pleasant to deal with. My only problem was with the administrative part of the experience. I would, however, recommend the service to others--but strongly suggest they CHECK THE AMOUNT ON THE INVOICE!

Very well Arrived on time and finished in a timely manner. My floors looked like new after 13 years of mopping. They moved the furniture, answered all my questions and they were courteous.

We had a water leak in the kitchen that resulted in flooding on the first floor of our home. It was Friday afternoon at around 2:48 pm They arrived and took about 1 1/4 hours to extract water. They told us that in order to treat the area they needed to remove baseboards and bring in blowers. We were not home at the time but our son directed them not to remove baseboard just extract water. They extracted water through out the home at a cost of about 1163.00 and removed a very large area rug that they said needed to be cleaned and deodorized. They charged us about 1200.00 to remove and clean the rug. They also charged $40.00 to move a washer and dryer out from the wall about 10and quot; to get a hose back there. Charged for an emergency service call in the middle of a Friday afternoon of $ 113.41, since I guess we did not plan ahead for the flooding of our home. They charge you for every piece of furniture they slide around the room. They charge you$5.00 each every piece of styrofoam block that they put under the legs of your furniture. They did not open several closet doors resulting in extensive damage to an elevator in the home, not to mention mold. When they delivered the area rug and unrolled it so that we could inspect it, it was still full of debris and stained from water. There were dried bugs in it. When we asked the manager John about that he said they lay the rug out and when they turn it over and roll it up some bugs and dirt may get into it. He said we just have to vacuum it. WE PAID $1200.00 FOR THEM TO CLEAN IT!!!. The manager JOHN denied having overcharged us for a little over an hours worth of work. They brought in two men and a truck to extract water and took our rug to clean, brought it back dirty, but we were told at least it was dry. I had to request a break down of the charge three times. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. STANLEY STEEMER IS A RIP OFF. They take advantage of people in an emergency situation. They even charged us to clean the front and the back of the area rug. REALLY!!

They came out Thursday, but didn't do the job. Due to how wet the carpets were, they said it would be best for us to pull back the carpet and padding, and put fans on the pad to make sure the pad was dry first. They said they would be back first thing this morning (Monday at 8a) to do the cleaning and tack the carpet back down. They did not show. We called and spoke with a general manager, who couldn't even tell which location came out to our house. When he finally called us back, the manger said that we were not on the schedule, and that he was able to get in touch with one of the gentlemen who came out Thursday. That person told the manager that we were suppose to call and schedule the appointment, but they stood right in front of us and made the call requesting they be the ones that came back out. They are not dependable, and are now giving us the run around. They were great the first time they came out, but now everything has changed.

They were prompt, and they did a good job with the cleaning. I was overall satisfied with the service. I don't recall anything that was noteworthy with regard to their personality and how they treated me. With regard to price, I really didn't compare any others.

The two men showed up on time. Did the work in 2 hours. Moved furniture without mishap. And my ceramic tile floors (grout and seal) look amazing! UPDATE: I'm very unhappy with this service. You pay ALOT for it and I paid the extra for the sealer as well to keep it looking like new. Within 3 months my grout was dirty again. WOULD NEVER SPEND THE MONEY ON THIS AGAIN. The results are very short term.

They are always on time and are very neat, professional, and quick. They are also very thorough and have good follow up to make sure everything is okay.

I liked all of them; there were two guys who were, very nice. I gave them one of my books, I am an author and they were very pleased with it. They did a very good job on the rugs and I had no problem with them at all. They were area rugs and we had two further area rugs. I had them take one and I haven’t heard back yet but they were going to take it; then try and fix because, we had put. They were very good and we had no problem with either one of them; I would call them again. I couldn’t ever do anything to replace my carpets they were nice little carpets. I was afraid I had to get rid of them but they did a very good job. I got it right back where they belong; they were hand done by morocco pavilion and they are really pretty.

The estimate was overpriced and the rugs didn't come back clean enough. We were really unhappy with their service.

They are here and they are local. I am sure they are a big company and nationwide. It was a real good price. The carpet in the big room was real bad and it looked brand new and they put the scotchgard down. They didn't do any upholstery. They were super. They were on time. They were very professional. I most definitely would use them again in the future.

I was a little bit disappointed because I had several spots and then the rules came and now they don’t do that. It’s a wet cleaning and not dry cleaning either. Their prices are reasonable. I don’t like wet application. I should have gone with dry as apposed to the wet. They don’t move large furniture around as well. The 2 guys who came were fine. The outcome couldn’t have been any better. It was probably our fault than theirs. Their punctuality was fine. They did their job. They got here on time. I will probably look for a dry cleaner that comes in with the dry material and see if that turns out any better.
