I had Rooter One install my new kitchen faucet. After about 3 weeks I noticed a very slight leak. I called Rooter One on New Years Day and Lawrence came out the very next day. Lawrence found the cause of the leak and he fixed it. The leak was caused by the faucet mounting being smaller than the original.

Excellent, Toby could not have been more thorough, or professional in the suggestions he offered and the work he and his co-hart performed. Even though they were not the least expensive their workmanship was worth every penny. I would recommend Rooter One and Toby to anyone with a large or small job.

The price for their services pumping my septic tank was extremely over priced the average was $265. I paid Meeks Plumbing $260.00 and they did a awesome job and educated me on my septic system. Rooter One quoted me$375 for the first 1000 pounds that was a rip-off

Excellent, Toby provided constructive suggestions for the plumbing work to be performed, and did a super job! While his price was not the least expensive it was competitive. He ensured there were no leak before he left and even our maintenance men commented that his work "was first class". We were so impressed we are looking at having Toby do some smaller plumbing work in the individual units. We would recommend Toby and Rooter One to anyone no matter a big or small job.

Excellent. When I called Rooter One, I was greeted by a friendly woman who was willing to work with me immediately on my problem. Peter was out to my home within the hour. He provided me with details of what he needed to do to solve the problem. He quickly provided the service, and since I was not home at the time, he called me back to confirm what he did .He also reviewed the area to see if there were any leaks. He was very pleasant and did a good job. Will clearly hire in the future for any services that I need. Thank you!

well, this was a rather ****** [pun intended] situation .. my fiance myself & our 2 kids moved into our new home last month and within 2 days of being there all of the sewage was backing up so I called RooterOne and they were so reassuring & nice came out that day and fixed ALL of my issues !

I've used their service three times. The service they provide can't be beat. The first time I used them was after hurricane Irma when my pump head (I think that's what it was called) stopped working and the house started to flood. The septic water was not being sucked out the septic tank into the drain field causing sewage/water to build up and back up into our house. They came out the same day and figured out the problem and since the part I needed would not be available until the next day (Saturday) they pumped out the the septic tank given us the ability to use our water without it flooding for the night since by pumping out the septic tank it would have more space available to store waste. The next day they came out and installed a new pump. Everything worked perfectly thereafter. The second time they came out was because our water was backing up again which was about a year later. We were concerned since we just had the pump fixed. They came out the same day to access the problem; come to find out the switch to the pump had been accidently knocked into the off possition - probably by the lawn guys we hired. So he flipped back the switch and it started pumping and everything was well. We did feel a little silly. But everytime they respond to our calls we learn something new about having a septic tank. (By the way we are first time home buyers.) The next time they came out we had another leak which we later found out had nothing to do with the septic tank and the plumber who came out quickly isolated the problem. This time it was due to a leak in our shower from someone who had recently remolded our bathroom. They didn't even charge us the third time because they never had to dig which was a relief! So this time we got insurance involved and got our bathroom repaired, we needed a new shower pan liner, and now we are hopefully done with leaks. Ooh the joys of buying a new/old house. I am very grateful for Rooter One they are the best!!! I will always hire them for my plumbing needs and septic pump out. Love Love ❤️ their team.

He was friendly, sympathetic and very helpful.  He left the bathrooms as clean as he found them.  He also gave us a mini lesson on how to use the main cleanout should it ever happen again.

When they came to my property they destroyed my plants. They tried to start working before they had acquired the proper permits. They have several violations with the Department of Health. It took them 6 months to complete the work.

We found ourselves with 5 out of town guests and a backed up toilet. I went to our neighbors to get name of plumber. Called Rooter One explained our situation and they had someone to our house within 1/2 hour. The gentleman was very nice and professional. I would use this company again in the future

My kitchen faucet was falling apart and the pipes were leaking under the sink. I called ACS and they quickly sent someone over to my house. When the guy arrived, he was polite, neat, efficient, and professional. He didn't waste any time and quickly installed the new pipes and new faucet.
