"Thank you Member for your feedback on our special $69.00 pest control service we offered to Angie's List customers. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you. Occasionally, customers may have an issue with pests that require more treatments than what are normally required. As you know, we were there on several visits and Reynolds Pest Management did not ask for, or charge any additional fees. We were prepared to support our special offer despite the presence of insects that required additional treatments at no additional expense to you. I realize you needed to call us back, (that can be inconvenient at times) so I have implemented a program for customers that have more significant problems. The technician answered all my questions and was quite knowledgeable. Noticed many dead bugs in the ensuing days/weeks. I would not hesitate to use Reynolds again.

Update: They came back because we were still seeing some ants. The owner, Brian, was very accomodating. He wanted to make sure that we were fully satisfied. They thoroughly worked and found a nest in the attic. They treated that and we have noticed a remarkable improvement. I have increaded the overall grade, price, and quality grades to an "A".

Last year I did a report on Reynolds Pest Control after they had performed my first quarterly application. I was very satisfied with their work. In my initial report I rated them as "A" with an overall rating of "B". The "B" rating was not accurate, that is why I have cahnged it to an "A" across the board. I'm so pleased with their work and their ethics that I'm having my mother and sister sign up with them as well...They do good work, they are on time, and always knock on my door when they arive to see if I need any thing done inside my house, before they start working on my outside property.....Extremely professional and easy to deal with...
